The overall experience was very bad. First of all the exterior door to the bathrooms was broken and hard to open. The bathroom wasn't very clean.Second we ordered a regular cheeseburger and chicken fingers. We were given a double bacon cheeseburger and a BBQ burger. Totally the wrong order. When we let the employees know they remade to order but were rude when picking up the wrong food and bringing out the new food. Third, the food taste was bad - fries & tots were cold, chicken fingers had no flavor.So, this has totally ruined us on Sonic. We have had similar experience at the Sonic in Lynn Haven, FL. We will not be back to any location. I do not recommend any food here unless they are that last place to get food.

We just left here. Order: 2 chili dogs; double cheese burger; store tots.Received 2 plain Hotdogs mustard only; cheese sticks no tater tots. What? I called there spoke to a girl who completely didn't care. This place is convenient to us; going home from Panama City. We won't be coming back. You all want higher wages; work like your worth higher wages.

I ordered my 9 year old daughter a quarter pounder from Sonic on 231. When we got home, she kept stating that her burger “tasted different”, “tasted peppery”. My husband took a bite and realized it was two sausage patties made as a burger. Normally I do not bother writing reviews, but this could have been a larger problem than it was. I personally know someone who is allergic to pork, and I also know someone who does not eat pork due to religious beliefs. This was an inconvenience for myself and my family, but could’ve been much more for someone else.
