This place is a joke 20 dollars for frozen fish fillets. The shrimp was so old I could smell it through the box. Stringy... the fries were different cuts, the tarter was sour. And to top it off when returned I was told I ate some of the shrimp (which was inedible) and held my cash even longer before refunding! They're seriously gonna make people sick here...

New Cajun place. Good food. Fresh New Orleans atmosphere. Rather cool temps in dining area. We had the catfish, 2 lg filets with yummy slaw and tasty Cajun fries. Also the shrimp and creamy grits were quite tasty. Overall, prices are very good. Food is delicious. And the counter service is amiable. Give em a try. No beignets - yet.

We are enjoying the jambalaya, the crawfish etouffee, and the Cajun shrimp pasta. Absolutely EXCELLENT! Here on Christmas Eve, and it is fantastic. Authentic cuisine and a great price.

This was tasty food and the hush puppies were the best I have ever had. Try the sauces, they add lots of zing. If we ever are back this way we will eat here again!!!!!!

Found this place in search of a New Orleans cuisine. We were pleasantly surprised at how close this was to our new home and excited to try. We got chicken gumbo, buffalo wings, lemon pepper wings, boudin balls, red beans and rice, grouper, shrimp and oysters . Omg all we're very amazing! I especially liked the freshness of the seafood and I enjoyed the wings. The Cajun fries were really good also and they were different. I plan on coming back to try more items. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and outdoor dining. Service was okay lol they just seemed like they didn't want to be there. I left them a tip so hopefully that cheered them up. Ive never been to New Orleans so I can't say whether it's authentic or not but it's definitely good! For everything we paid $50 which I don't think is a bad price for the amount of food we got. If you haven't tried it I'll definitely recommend this place and my husband says he loves his food and will be back!

This was the best food I have had in a long time. My friends and I had the Boiled Jumbo Shrimp as an appetizer and we were very pleased. I had the catfish dinner with gumbo and red beans and rice. All of the food was seasoned to perfection. We finished our meal off by trying a bread pudding. It was a sweet ending to the best meal. The owner and staff were so kind. If I could give Southern Crunch 10 stars I would. I highly recommend giving them a try.!
Cajun is their specialty. Owner has 45 years as chef in New Orleans. We ordered hamburgers and they were fantastic! Going back soon!

This is a go to restaurant! New Orleans inspired food. Had a shrimp dinner that came with 2 sides (I ordered the chicken and sausage gumbo and cajun fries) when our mail came I had 10 huge shrimp a dish of chicken and sausage gumbo fries and 4 hush puppies the food was very hot and fresh and I can't say enough about the great flavors. The gumbo reminded me of my homemade gumbo that I make I was very impressed prices are very reasonable I would suggest this restaurant if you're looking for a good seafood dinner not only do they have shrimp but they also have grouper, catfish, and even chicken, I even have boudin balls for appetizers the owner lived in New Orleans for 23 years so brings the great flavors with him. Try it you won't be disappointed

Im really into cooking and the owner of the restaurant is cery friendly and has a good knowledge of New Orleans food. Make sure to try the banana pudding!
