Burger was decent, didn't have to wait long. Whomever made the fries must have Parkinsons disease,the fries were salty! I loved them.

First time going to steak and shake. Thought it would be a new place to try for the first time but I was wrong. The drive thru guy was very nice and apologized after waiting 35 minutes for 2 shakes and 2 burgers. Which the burgers were ok and the shakes as well. Fries were a little cold but I didn’t expect much for the fries as my experience with hot fries has been null since birth. I gave it 2 stars as one is for the slowness and the food not being hot for the price I paid. The other star is for the window guy I felt sorry for. He seemed nice but the place looked understaffed and he looked stressed trying to make the shakes for us.

I went to Steak ‘n Shake on January 7th 2023 and the manager had a attitude when the cashier needed help she was new I could tell had a line out the door and then a guy came from around the back and acted liked he was upset and mad for having customers in the restaurant. I did not feel very welcomed by the way they gave the attitudes. The girl at the register was very sweet!!! The food was good.

I can't get over just how good the Garlic Burgers are. I could have eaten the wrapper if I wasn't full. The fried were fresh and seasoned to perfection. The milkshakes are out of this world.

I can't really rate S&S as a member of a Church men's group we were going to meet there and eat but the dining in was closed. I hear they have good food but I can't say as I've never eaten there before. I'll try again soon.
