Upon arriving to Subway me and my mom waited in line for the subway cashier to make our sandwiches there were two people in front of us as I stated once she was done making the sandwiches for those customers and they left the subway me and my mom waited for her as she made a phone call and attempted to have a phone conversation as she had her phone conversation she grabbed two sub breads and I assumed that she was preparing to make me and my mom sandwich I stated that I did not eat pork so I did not require bacon on my sub due to religious reasons she glared at me frowned paused look to the side and then responded that she would get with me once she got done off the phone this visit took place April 20th me and my mom had came from the hospital with my grandmother
Dude that rides his bike to work needs a raise.... so do the standards of this store.

Very horrible location. Understaffed, lack of communication. Terrible customer service. Very unsanitary I seen 2 cockroachs and bathroom smells like urine and cheap air fresheners. This place is not "Fresh" terrible experience. Corporate has abandoned this location and no changes have been made to better this location. Do not eat here you will get sick.

Really disappointed that I ordered steak and got chicken on an online order. I didn’t like the chicken, but I had already made it all the way back to my office when I saw the error. What a bummer. I was hoping that by reporting the problem, I would be made whole again with the sandwich I ordered. Nope, they just appreciate my feedback. What a joke.

Fair prices for a good sandwich shoppe, seems they have new subs every other week or so. Never had bad service at this one, staff seems to go out of their way to serve you as you like.
