I have eaten at this location multiple times and every time has been terrible. Either the service sucked or the sandwich wasn't made right, or both. I quit going there for about 4 years because of how bad it was. I tried going back tonight but unfortunately it was just as bad as before. The staff was rude and incompetent enough to cause me and two other customers to walk out without being served. This location needs to be permanently shut down so no one else has to endure this atrocity.

The service was horrible the young female had a bad attitude. The wrong sandwiches were prepared the bread was stale and all the ingredients were mushy which caused one of the sandwiches not even able to eat we had to put in garbage!!! Will not go back to this one!???

I place an online order for 2 subs. When I got there they didn't have the ingredients to make one of the sub the meatball marinara. So I asked to cancel both sandwiches and the guy working pretty much told me he couldn't refund it. That I needed to figure it out myself. I asked him why he didn't call me to tell me he couldn't have made the 2nd sandwich in would have saved me time and him resources. He told me it wasn't his obligation and to Google it my self to figure out how to go about getting a refund.

I have been to the subway multiple times, and every time I come to the subway, they put little to no meat on your sandwich, the lettuce is always brown, they are always out of something.There is nobody ever picking up at the speaker in the drive-through.When you pull up to the window, whoever is inside the building and they see you pull to the window, THEY FLAT OUT IGNORE YOU.They don’t have enough staff and the little staff that they do have, is very rude.

Incompetent doesn't begin to describe them. You want mustard sure let's squeeze the whole bottle on your sandwich. Cheese na you don't need it. Oh you ordered three sandwiches and because we put up a huge metal guard you can't see what we are doing to correct the moron behind the counter because you said more than one thing and kids can't count to five let alone follow instructions. So you get what you get that will be forty dollars please. I will never go back to subway go to firehouse. Those guys can at least read.

This was,a grab and go situation. The girl was oolite,and,accommodating but the heated sub was a dark color and crunchy (first time that ever happened to me). No apology.Also their coupon disallowed some subs...I was disappointed bc my favorite,sub was on that hand-written list! Guess,a dollar more,is too much.
