The food was cooked fresh, took a little time but it was WORTH IT!! Very yummy, the restaurant was quiet, clean, and the customer service was GREAT!! Enjoyed this visit!

Service sucks ! I did a pick up order for myself just to wait 20 mins in line to get to the window just to get told I have to come inside and pick it up as I come inside wait another 10-15 without getting helped just to say is anyone working the front counter the girl working drive through purposely ignored me as I was standing inside until I said something finally was acknowledged by another worker and they actually helped me before I left a costumer walked in and the same girl who ignored me served them right away with no issues and they actually knew each other how nice ! Some people shouldn’t be working in place where you deal with the public if act like you don’t wanna deal with the public what was supposed to be a quick online already paid order Ended up being unnecessary and extra

Will never eat there again! If I could put zeros, I would! Dirty employee dropped a corn on the floor and put it back on a tray! I saw a cook scratching their head with gloves on, and continue to make food! I walked out. Tried to complain, but I was made to feel like the bad guy. Horrible place. Don't eat there. It's not clean.

I was very excited to try this for the first time. In total we were there for 45 min in the drive thru. We ended up getting 2 less piece of fish than we ordered. When we asked what we had been waiting for the cashier looked at us like we were stupid and said we just have a lot of orders. It would have been nice to have been offered any sincerity or apologies. I will never go back. I did think the food was good and we ordered a lot. It’s a shame no one thought this was an issue.
I had heard this place war worth trying. Took about 20 min from ordering to receiving our food. This is definitely NOT fast food, especially when you’re sitting in the drive thru. The employees were very nice and professional. The food was like warm as someone else mentioned. Was it worth the wait? The shrimp definitely was worth the wait but nothing else was. I’d eat there again though. I’d look for a less busy time. Expect to pay $$$

Food arrived fast, but was almost stale like and luke warm. Portions were the size of child menu items and the fries were cold and dry!! Very disappointed with this order. The fish was dried out as if it were day old food, altogether.

I’ve been visiting this captain D’s location for quite a while and have never had such friendly and welcoming customer service but today, Deloris in the drive thru was so sweet and kind. Hope she stays at this location for a while! Great service, Deloris!

Best fast food fish place. The only thing I don't like is that you have to go back up to the counter to get a refill on a coke.
Couldn't get order right. They tried to give us other people's order. They messed up all the orders. Had to ask for shrimp that I paid for the fish wasn't spicy. Won't go back ..this is really sad .oh well times
