Aloha Crab is in the corner of the plaza on Palm and Pines, serving up seafood and classic Viet dishes. The space itself is big and clean with a lot of room for both small and large parties. I came here for a birthday with a large party and they were able to accomodate us on a Tuesday night with a reservation. I didn't know that they had more than seafood here which was a nice surprise but came here specifically craving crawfish and was super disappointed when they didn't have any. I know that it was a random weekday night, plus there was a lot of us but it was a bummer for some of the group wanting seafood. As the night went on and a few more people came in, they ran out of most of the seafood in general and the latecomers had to change their order three times because of the things they ran out of. They have a "boiled & bagged" option where you choose seafood, your flavor, spice level and add on any extras like potatoes or corn. Since there was no crawfish, I got shrimp with their Aloha Crab Special Blend (described as tangy, bold and full of flavor) which is similar to special sauce at any seafood spot, with medium spice and added 2 potatoes. When it arrived, it wasn't bagged which is fine but non-traditional to what I'm used to. They gave gloves and had a good portion (1lb as described) but the flavor was just okay in comparison to other spots and the sauce was also very watery. Overall, it was okay but I probably wouldn't order the seafood here again. Other people who got the regular dishes said they were pretty good so I might try those if I visit a next time. This spot also has karaoke which I heard they only do on specific nights but if you know the people who work there, they allow you to karaoke whenever. They pulled out the karaoke for this night but it was mostly just Vietnamese songs which is fine because that was the crowd that was there. Overall, still a cool place if you have a large party but interested to see how the other food options are if I visit again.

Today, the aroma of JASMINE flower filled the air. Hold the drama, but thats a special touch. Not to spoil it; but they do have a entire craft menu of authentic (nonalcoholic) beverages. The food? Authentic. Go in with an open mind, try something new. You’ll love it. I tried the WinterMelon Tea and a noodle soup. Above and beyond! Ill be back, often.

I asked for advice from the waitress for a dish and went by her recommendations. The dish was not what I expected and the meat was 70% fat. I told her I didn't like it and their response was "sorry". Not "can I get you something else" or "let me take that off your bill" or even a discount. I paid full price for a meal I couldn't eat.

I went on a week day during lunch time and the restaurant was empty but I wanted to give it a try. I got the snow crab seafood boil that cost 70 bucks for a small tray with like 10 shrimps, 2 small potatoes and a frozen corn. Which I saw that they went to get it at the general dollar store. For the price and the amount it is not worthy.

100/10 experience! The food was delicious, but the vibes here are immaculate. Definitely come later at night for karaoke, my friend Linda and I had the best time! The owners and staff are so so sweet as well. I will definitely be back here anytime I’m in Miami! Thank you Vin and everyone else for a fantastic time and amazing food!

I just ordered the calamari, egg rolls, and steak #5 on the menu. It was on July fourth. The energy is great. It’s a blind spot low key. Great area. That fried rice is so good.
