I used to drive by this place and never went in. I thought they only sold bagels. After waiting an hour and a half waiting to be seated for breakfast, I found this place on Yelp and realized it was around the corner. I called and they told me that right now there was no waiting, and if I came now I would be immediately seated. Three minutes later my party of four was seated. I was greeted by Evelyn. She told us she worked there over 30 years. She gave me some of the best service I've ever received at a food establishment. She was attentive (stopped by often to check on our table), pleasant, and she spent time talking to us at our table. When you go there, I recommend that you ask for Evelyn. The food was just as good as the service. I had the French toast, scrambled eggs, my wife had the veggie omelette with buttered toast, and potatoes, my sister had pancakes with eggs over easy, and my brother-in-law had a toasted bagel with butter. Everyone loved their food. I sampled from my wife and my sister's plates, I would have been just as satisfied with my meal had I ordered what they had. I give Bagel Palace five stars. I plan on being a regular weekend customer. I suggest you pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed.

Disgusting dirty place! With rude employees! Extremely expensive! I live close and I won't recommend that to my worst enemy!

The food was delicious and the friendly service. The servers are all great specially Roiann, I love your attitude and quality of customer service that's something that's missing from a lot of businesses out there. Thank you and we will see you soon!

2 bagels with egg cheese and bacon and side of home fries, about $22. Came in an afternoon to get a quick sandwich before the beach. Overall service was quick and friendly, no frills, went in and ordered, got out in 10-15 min. Everything was good/standard, it's breakfast, does the job. I like how they have tobasco as hot sauce. It gets 3 stars because for the price it was kinda pricey for 2 sandwiches and home fries. Also they cut my bagel where one side was super thick and another thin. Much better places out there for slightly cheaper, but if your passing and are in a time crunch this place will do! Overall friendly staff, quick service, standard breakfast food.

Try their vanilla cappuccino it is delicious! Great place to come and work with your headphones on and feel like a part of the community. They recently put tables outside again because the weather is getting nice and mornings out here are lovely. If you want a cold and pop in and pop out place go across the street to starbucks. If you want to support the kind of place run by an owner who is an immigrant who came over here with nothing and is "living the American dream", kind to his employees, and loves his business come here.

My husband and I have been coming here for years! Our daughter used eat the butter packets while we ate our meal. Now she is a vegan and won't step foot in the place. My husband always gets the breakfast with eggs, bacon, grits and bagel. I love my everything bagel toasted well with a side of cream cheese and green onion. They really deliver on the Carmel mocha coffee. It is always busy for breakfast and we have become one of the regulars. The menu isn't consistent to what I would pay for a solo cup of scallion cream cheese. A filled over the brim costs you $4.99. However, I have to say that I can't replicate the taste of the bagel, butter and scallion cream cheese on my own so I pay the price. Total cost of a bagel with the cream cheese is $6.99. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Side tip about the tip. Please bring cash for that. The owners and staff are happy when you pay them in cash. I have had the Matzo Ball Soup in the past and can't complain.

I pulled up to the restaurant at about 7:30 in the morning and not a single car or patron, that should have been the first clue. Ordered a coffee and a bagel sandwich. The waitress was pleasant and told me all about her Bursitis. Well, anyway she asked if I wanted the bagel toasted. I replied not if they are fresh. The coffee was hot and somewhat fresh. One would assume a bagel shop would have fresh bagels daily? Well, I glanced over and see the cook ripping open plastic bags full of bagels. Nonetheless the bagels weren't fresh. That explains why the place was empty.

Stopped here as all the local breakfast places had over an hour wait to seat. Got here and it's half full and menu has lots of variety. I tried peaches and banana French toast was good. Wife had shrimp and grits breakfast a little tooo busy with toppings but was ok. Place was nice and was wonderful worth the try
