We decided to try this Barzolas since each other's experience was excellent! But from the moment we entered it was a disaster.Entering the place we were seated in a corner and left abandoned for several minutes without being attended to! I have to get up and go find someone to take care of us. Which leads me to say that the communication between all the servers is the worst! The food was good but not better than the other Barzolas in Miami, that looked like soup.I don't know what happened to the classic ceviche, now you can't order a ceviche without them adding colors to it, if it's not red it's pink or like the one in the photo "yellow."I think it's not too much to order a ceviche as it is classically made? Why do they put ketchup, or mustard, or peanuts! When you pay, pay attention to the receipts since they add the tip to one (which is fine) but if you don't remember and they treat you to the other papers, the receipt you sign does not tell you that the tip is already included and they offer you to tip again!

I went to eat fanesca, I came driving from Pompano, the fanesca was good but the waitresses were very untidy, I asked for the bill and they gave me the bill for another table with my card that I never gave, then they gave me the amount to pay that included the 20% without asking, I added $5 more without knowing that the tips had already been included in the account. Very bad impression and other tables I also saw that they got a bad impression at the very expensive prices $44 for a plate of fanesca and an apple cola. Ridiculous!!

I ordered sausage alone and it was sour, I told the waitress but she ignored what I said, the onion was pure lemon, the broth was not noticeable, the corviches were tasteless and did not have peanuts, they must improve, I had a bad

Nice to have a little piece of my country here in Florida! The bandera is exquisite! So as the caldo de bola and every now and then they give away cocolon! Loved the cazuela and the $13 lunch deals M-F. Thank you guys!

As a long term customer it pains me to say this place has gone downhill, but it has. 100$ worth of food just for an UNDERCOOKED, DEFROSTED, and frankly sickening mess. I wish i could give a positive review for this place but considering the current state its in. Avoid it.There only response to all these issues being “That they weren’t prepared” (oh and the tip is mandetory! so why even try to be charismatic at ur job? most of these girls mumble) Hope yall get better soon for your businesses sake.

My first time eating food from my country here in Miami, everything was very good but the only thing that shocked me was the tip that is imposed a little but hey I understand what is customary here... the truth is I really wanted to eat Ecuadorian food and it's not bad, I saw they have a menu so great!

The girls who serve lack more charisma and are very brave. You quickly realize that they are not Ecuadorian!
