The avocado egg rolls definitely aren’t how they’re supposed to look according to the Menu… Not only that, but they’re prepackaged and frozen prior to serving… I’ve seen $1 egg rolls bigger than those served here at gas stations… The bartender was great but the food was beyond disappointing for its price…

Atmosphere is amazing and Keith was a great server however we made a reservation 45 minutes in advance and when we got there, there was still a 30 minute wait even though we did make a reservation and there were plenty tables available. We did have to speak to a manager, but we got sat immediately.

I recently had an experience at a service where I was initially disappointed with the lack of attention and slow service. However, my opinion completely changed when Makeba stepped in to assist us. Despite her shift being over, she took the time to apologize for the wait and personally attended to our needs. Her dedication and exceptional customer service turned my experience around. Thanks to Makeba, I will definitely be returning to this establishment.

Once we ordered, we waited about an hour for our dinners to arrive cold. We never heard from the server again after the apps came. We just sat there. First time there, and last time. Its also pretty expensive for having such terrible service and being so poorly run. I never post a review unless I truly had a bad experience. I wish I would have stopped to eat at any of the 20 restaurants we passed on the way.

If I could rate this place any higher I would, the service was truly exceptional, we were greeted immediately when we came in and was escorted to a nice table, where we were immediately greeted by James who was attentive and even offered us recommendations to accommodate our select food choices, continued to check in on us through out the evening to see if we needed anything else, truly a great effort on his part
