I recently dined at Brio Pembroke Pines, and it was an outstanding experience! Jenn and her team were absolutely amazing, providing top-notch service with genuine warmth and professionalism. The food was fantastic – every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail and the way the staff ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. This restaurant is filled with great food and great service. I sat with Anthony outside near the bar area and his service was exceptional. The carpaccio was his first suggestion and we all loved it! His service was great and we even spoke to his supervisor, Jennifer, who was super sweet and actively helping her team! Thank you to the Brio team for an amazing experience!

On Wednesday, April 10, I went with my family and some friends that I hadn't seen in a long time and we had dinner at the Pembroke Gardens location; When it was time to leave, I saw and believed that the tip was included, but without charge, add 15.00 moreWhen we left, the server Leonardo stopped us and rudely questioned us saying that the tip was very little and that he had to share with a lot of people and could he give him more; to which I gave 20.00 in cash, the truth is it made me feel embarrassed in front of my family and my friends; They also looked at each other but only I had cash to give them; The tip is earned, it is not asked for and much less questioned: well, I will never return, much less with friends and even less with that server.

It's been a while since I've dined here. I've returned because they mailed me a birthday coupon $20 off $40. I want to let you know that the service & food was amazing!! We ordered the Bruchetta sampler & Pasta Al Vodka, and they tasted sooooo good. Best Bruschetta I've ever had. Our server was Boris, and he was friendly, attentive, and fast. I'm definitely coming back!

During One of my best trip to Florida I wanted to try pasta from the source itself, we all know that Italian gourmet has the best taste when it comes to cook it. So my girlfriend, my friends and I, went to a this Italian restaurant to savor this cuisine.We took our time and chose the nearest and the most beautiful Italian restaurant, we really love appreciate the place at first glance, it is very enlightened, we had some Italian wine, and the entry was delicious, I had to try some of my Italian vocabulary. We had good conversations while we were waiting for the food to be served, we asked questions and learned about the culture, moreover it was fascinating. After we got served our plates, we had some pasta, Lasagna, Rigatoni and Gnocchi, I really like their Gnocchi, it was soft and delicious.We really enjoyed this restaurant, we even tried twice before we left the state.

Very disappointment with the service and customer treatment. On Friday night my son went with his girlfriend to dinner, they sat them on the patio and waited 45 minutes for at least one waiter to come to the table to offer water, even though he called to be attended, they were ignored. and I have preferred to go somewhere else. I understand that there is little staff but it is preferable not to seat customers and waste their time..Very disappointing with the service and customer treatment. On Friday night my son went with his girlfriend to dinner, they sat them on the patio and waited 45 minutes for at least one waiter to come to the table to offer water, even though he called to be attended to, they were ignored . and preferred to go somewhere else. I understand that there is little staff but it is preferable not to seat customers and waste their time.
