A month ago, there was very kind staff. But I visited on 3/20 around 8:30pm and had the RUDEST drive thru person. I was so polite the whole time, despite her rancid attitude, and she slammed the drive thru window after giving me my food, didn't answer when i asked the sauces that were available and didn't even take my order at first. Everyone has bad days but don't take that out on customers who don't treat you poorly. Get the staff together and push politeness at the very least if professionalism can't be guaranteed. Thanks.

This place has the best breakfast burritos in town. They're awesome and done right every time! Recommended as my favorite breakfast!The difference between the day crew and the night crew is like day and night. The day crew and the early morning crew does very well. The night crew, not so much.I asked the night crew if they were going to toast my toasted melt because I ordered on UberEATS few days ago and got a totally untoasted melt. They went to the back and ensured me it would be toasted. Then they had me pull forward to wait.I was the only customer there. They made me pull forward. And they didn't toast my toasted melt ahain! See pic. This is a systemic problem relating to not caring to do the job right, not listening to the customer, improper training, and improper management.The food is good, but that's likely despite the night crew, not due to them. Highly recommend for breakfast.

Random worker tried starting a fight with me while I was picking up a Doordash order. Me and the 4 other customers were borderline laughing at him for the blatant display of disrespect and childish behavior. Other workers were just walking around like chickens with their head cut off to fill 3 orders, fumbling around, not knowing what to do. Never EVER order or go to this Burger King, as they have NEVER had not even mediocre service. Always met with attitude and snappy remarks every time I've been to this Burger King. Don't ever go here.

The seating area was dirty. All of the table s were dirty. As for the food. Barely any lettuce, tomatoes on my whopper. Very disappointed in this visit.

This burger king has very friendly staff. Especially Jackie. She’s very friendly , always with a smile. Very attentive and ALWAYS gets my food right. She is a value staff member and thanks to her i keep coming every week to have my bk lunch. Thanks Jackie!
