It's been a few months since I had last been here, and I had forgotten why. The food's okay. It's pretty expensive for a fast food burger and fries. The service is awful. I ordered online and showed up a little after my pickup time. My food still wasn't ready. It's obviously not the biggest deal, but what was really annoying was how rude the employees are here. They actively go out of their way to not engage with customers. They pretend not to notice people trying to get their attention and wear earbuds so they can't hear you.

Amazing customer service !! I’ve came here about twice or three times and each time is better and better. Very sweet staff and the food is amazing. Definitely worth the price, i always have left overs and is supper stuffed under $15 ?

Ordered 3 burgers, 2 fries, 1 onion rings, 1 shake for pickup. Understand that the meal may cool but this was stone cold, the fries were soggy & in my opinion inedible. I was unsure what the onion rings even were - they were so smashed. Additionally, the burgers were tremendously overcooked & dry. For over $50., (for three burger meals & a shake) I will probably not try again. (At least the meal was correct… otherwise complete fail.) The last photo is the single burger menu reference from BurgerFi.

My big kids love that the kids meals are adult portions without all the “extra stuff.” Customer service at this location is great!
I enjoyed coming to burger fi for the first time. I was received which such excellent customer service from Samantha and was super impressed with how amazing my food tasted. I will surely be back soon and will make sure to bring my family!

It was a decent visit, however I don’t frequent BurgerFi and was not aware that pickles are not automatically included on a cheeseburger. Also, I had to go request for cups for the meals I purchased. With that said, please provide additional training to your staff to inquire on if a patron is new to the restaurant and ensure before the patrons walks away meals cups are provided. I’ll have to think about returning to this particular store.
