First off it was a bunch young teenagers working yelling at each other , they were using the same gloves with everything they touched!!! Not customer friendly at all . The young teens needs to be trained properly. If I were a mistery shopper everyone would have failed . They had no lettuce just smh !!! They need to retrain everyone there !! Now I see why chic Fila will always win ? with customer service & I see why they do they have a different training process !!!

I hate to complain but Pembroke Pines location is atrocious!!! I would rate it a 0 star if I could! There were crumbs and oil marks everywhere the glass window was so dirty it looks like it’s never been cleaned. This is the only place in the whole food court that looks like this, I’m surprised they even passed there health inspection because this looks like Roach Central ?

No name tags but there's Dominican heavy set kid is rude replying with "yo". and the area is always dirty, never whipped down only until it closes. Food was okay. Grease on the glass trash and food in the pickup area.

I have been going to the location in Pembroke Lakes mall for years with no complaints. But recently I have noticed that the wait time can get long on a Saturday because the person taking the orders have to stop an d deal with persons coming to pick-ups. There are 3 workers on the cookline, and someone in the back why can't someone assist the person at the register when there are orders being picked up?

Service here has been going downhill over the last couple years. I am just tired of it. Today was the last straw. Google states they open at 11. I get there and they had extremely loud music and were "getting ready" I am unsure if google is wrong or they were very unprepared. I didn't appreciate the standoffish attitude either. Unfortunately the service at this particular location is just terrible.

While waiting in line, the person at the front stated that the staff was leaving for a break. The staff never addressed the line and didn't place a sign out front to let other customers know. I understand that they wanted to take a break but I never seen the whole staff just up and leave while they have a long line of customers. Poor customer service!
