Honestly, it's the worst Chipotle I have visited. The service was super slow. I got anxiety just by watching the lady prepare each burrito bowl so calmly despite having a line of customers, which was caused by the lady taking so long to fulfill 1 order as it wasn't even rush hour; it's clear that she must hate her job (and the person in the back chopping the steak was just as "calmed"). In addition, when they were ready to take my order, it turns out they didn't have the main ingredients I wanted on my bowl (they were out of brown rice, out of fajita veggies, out of carnitas, out of queso dip!). I walked away sooner than the lady could even put one single ingredient on a bowl! Stay away from this location!

Management, ownership, franchisee, terrible. The store staff are fine but the management of this location is god awful. Total incompetence. Easily the worst location in SoFlo. Close this location and open something else they can’t ever get jt together

Awful service. They didn’t have white rice, black beans or chips and after we paid for whatever they scrounged up to sell us, they told us they didn’t have forks or spoons to eat our meal with. What restaurant doesn’t have utensils? We asked for a refund and they lectured us on food waste. Still waiting for the refund. We love Chipotle and even went to another one to get our food but will never come back to this one.Terrible.

Terrible management. I bring my grandmother here who has never been & the first worker is tapping her hand and rushing her. She asks if chicken is spicy, she said it's chicken and scoops it on the bowl. We say something to the manager and it is laughed off. Unsure why common decency isn't a thing here.

This particular store sucks because of misrepresentation of their menu and poor management skills to correct the obvious store problem. Ordering on the menu something and paying for something NOT on the menu. Then employees say what I ordered was on the menu and the price which was not on the menu. And then being told that I needed to specify which product I wanted when there was only ONE on the menu. This error could easily been rectified by honoring the price ON the menu just like in a grocery store and FIX the menu to include adult and kid prices for a menu item. Very poorly handled by the manager who managed nothing and didn't acknowledge the obvious error.

This location has some horrible service at times and no one seems to know how to properly fold a burrito. Customers are allowed to talk and reach over the sneeze guard. They run out of ingredients but charge you to substitute it. But this is the only location that doesn’t make me sick.
What happened to this location? Supplies and food is not consistent during last 12 months. Regularly out of ingredients and supplies.Oddly this location has dived to low starts post covid.

WORST PLACE EVER !!!! Why do people today DEMAND higher pay when they cant even get your food order right..... They dont earn the pay that they are getting.. Ordered online, promised 8:50 PM. Arrived at store and a young lady asked my name. She went in the back and never came out. I along with two other people waited and when I asked about my order at 9:15 PM, the cashier went in the back and came out with it. When I opened the bag to eat, the order was MISSING almost EVERYTHING that I requested and PAID FOR and was as cold as a dead body. HORRIBLE PLACE, INCOMPETANT PEOPLE Order # 4Q7-2AU. Owner should change his staff from the ground up if he wants to continue having a business !!!!!

RARELY do I have to complain about a Chipotle, I love them. I LITERALLY eat there everyday for work. HOWEVER, this one in particular is easily the most disappointing location I've been to. Workers are very rude and not present, and have messed my order up on multiple occasions. There is no communication between anyone there, It is like the soul was sucked up out of everyone there.
