I saw when they took an autistic child away because he didn't have socks,Too bad I don't accept it.

I took my autistic child and they have a bouncer and they took it away from me because they have to wear their socks for safety and so they can buy it and my child can't stand socks on his feet so they told me we're sorry but he can't be there. That policy is very bad and it made me mad that they say for security and it is because the socks cost from $6 to $10 omg where are we going to stop.

Be warned, they recently added a trampoline section, but it’s an additional cost and it’s not cheap. The teenagers they have working there don’t know anything either and never answer a question correct . When Chuck E. Cheese came out, it was the most pathetic unenthusiastic experience for a birthday party. We go because it’s the closest but it’s really not a good one.

Attended my nephew's birthday and was not impressed with the atmosphere the crew created. They were sooooo boring and lifeless. And Chuck E. and his sidekick need another job that does not require entertaining others especially kids. The day I was there the kids ran away and played around the building ... Ughhhh ???

The food is not worth how much it cost and they have this bounce area which makes no sense that you have to pay for the socks then pay to have your child jump and let’s not forget they only allow 12 kids at a time

When I was a kid, Chuck E. Cheese was a fun spot to take your kids to play some games and for the show. Animatronics are gone and replaced with basically a big screen and a person in a costume. For parties, you're crammed into this area of several tightly placed rows of long picnic-style tables that are so close that you can't get out if the person behind you is. Bathrooms were also pretty nasty (men's room had plywood to cover a ripped up portion of the tile).Pizza is the same which depends on your preference. I do appreciate that they moved to an hourly, all-you-can-play model, but frankly if it was pay-to-play, many of the games wouldn't be worth playing. Many weren't working and a lot of the ones that were felt either like larger versions of mobile games or were chance-based games...nothing like true arcade games. Ticket games have their place but this was a little overkill, with many of the games feeling like simplified carnival games turned into video games. It's true that these games are geared for kids, but so were the arcades that had wack-a-mole, shooters, racing games, fighting games, and adventure games. The indoor jungle gym is also gone and the one area for physical activity, a trampoline, is behind an additional payment.I'm sure nostalgia is playing a large part in my review but generally a place should get better over time, not worse. Chuck E. Cheese feels like it falls squarely into the latter category of getting significantly worse. It's a shame.

Super crowded. I felt like there was no air circulating in the place. it was so warm in the place. I couldn’t wait to leave. The bathroom was a tripping hazard. Literally plywood in the middle of the floor and water everywhere.
