Y'all. I would say about 80% of the times we go to the Food Truck Festival at Pembroke Lakes Mall on Thursdays, it is to get food from Coop's Spot Food Truck! The wings and ribs are sooo good (the sides are really good too). We have yet to find a really worthy BBQ spot in Pembroke Pines, but Coops does it for us in the meantime!
