I sent an email requesting info, and to see if I could place an order. I was told that I would get a reply within 15 mins.I sent the email and waited about 2 hrs, called bakery and she said that maybe the manager got busy and didn’t reply. 24hrs have passed and I decided to call them to just cancel the request, to let them know I would try to go somewhere else to place the order. And the person who replied (same person) sounded careless, she said ok no problem and hung up the phone.I guess they don’t need any business or any customers (specially in this times) where there are not many gatherings going on as before.I hope Mrs Edda knows what goes on in her bakeries!

Very courteous staff. The cake was absolutely delicious! I sent them a photo I found online and Wow! There was a slight mistake in the detail of the stitching on the right side but I Will use them again and definitely recommend!

Their cakes and cupcakes are delicious! Sweet but not too sweet. I love them because the adults and kids enjoy it. Custom Cakes can get pricey but they do have a selection of ready made cake that are very reasonable. The custom work is very well done and delicious! I always get so many compliments from the parents!

My favorite cake ever! I am obsessed with this place. Every special occasion in my life has to have this cake. They specialize in vanilla rum cakes, in my opinion they have the best in Miami! You can do special cakes, or express cakes! I come here about every 2 weeks with a new excuse to buy a cake, and its perfect and affordable so you can stop buy and get a cute and delicious express cake. I usually get them for family and friends. Tip: If you ask for edible glitter they will put it on any express cake you get, the same goes for sprinkles. The decorators always pick the perfect sprinkles to match the design you go with. I usually pick The Bright Flowers design and add sprinkles and glitter :) If you want a cute way of saying thank you or congratulations, or just because, you have to stop by! You won't be dissappointed Treat yo self!I highly recommend getting an express cake just because, or as a gift for family and friends :)

What a nightmare! This is my first fail at Edda's! I arrive to pickup a signature cake and it looks nothing like pictured on order. I was told they had not received stencil to make the cake as ordered online to which I responded they should let customers know. They were upset, told me too Happy Birthday banner images was not included either and charged me to make it as imaged. At that point I just wanted a cake for my daughter, but service and experience was awful! I'm highly disappointed!
So I recently got a birthday cake from here as a gift for someone. The cake looked amazing, very nice that's why I gave it 3 stars BUT the actual cake itself was pretty dry. I really was so excited for everyone to taste it especially the birthday person. But I was SO embarrassed once we cut it and tasted it...it was so dry! I will NEVER buy a cake from here again nor refer anyone here again. Very disappointed!

I have purchased numerous cakes here since the store first opened ... until today. Not returning. Walked in with a cake idea in mind for my husband’s birthday only to be told they could not make it. I then asked to order a regular dulce de leche cake, which they always have on display and there was a spot for it on the shelf. I was told they were out and they wouldn’t take an order for it. Zero effort. Zero customer service. Zero interest to sell. So, I headed over to Miga’s and I could not be happier. I was welcomed with a smile and more options than I could have expected. I ordered the cake and a few other things. Definitely recommend!

So disappointed. I tried to get a cake from the store today and was told that they don't make what I was looking for. I then asked to get a dulce de leche cake and was told there weren't any and I couldn't order one either. I asked for a regular chocolate cake and was told they were also out since the one on display was already sold and they could not take my order for one either. Is the store closing down? Not interested in business? I headed to Migas on Miramar Parkway which I hadn't been to in a long time, got amazing service with a huge smile, and excellent product options soo I highly recommend them!

Love the vanilla rum cake. I definitely recommend picking up an express cake—I buy them for family functions and they’re always a hit. It’s currently my favorite cake. I deducted a star because I recently purchased the mini cupcakes and they are quite literally the worst cupcakes I’ve ever had—they’re dry and lack flavor. Avoid the cupcakes at all costs—but definitely try the cake. You’ll be glad you did!

This place is not worth the price. Very disappointed in my custom cake today. Cake was dry and flavorless, the cake to filling ratio was way off you could barely tell it was there. They charge you I believe .25 cents per person for for a filling and the filling was missing from the edges to 3 inches in. I ordered buttercream and it might as well been the icing from supermarkets. I did a photo printed on it and it came out nice. Not worth what they charge. Very sad.
