When I arrived to the counter there was no acknowledgement and lady with purple hair looked at me turned around, picked up her drink, turned back around and gave me 100% eye contact as she drank it ! Eventually someone else assisted me. Why salad dressing and no salad? I picked up an order and I should have checked but they left out the salad AND the rice on a large oxtail order. Oxtails were good but service poor.

The food never misses. It’s always made with love. From the escoveitch fish, brown stew chicken, bbq jerk chicken, curry chicken… I can go on. Every meal tastes phenomenal. The customer service is always top tier - friendly, quick, and accommodating.

Every Time I order for delivery they never get it right . Last order I received no gravy - rice was dry and fish was not fresh

It’s disappointing to start eating because the food was amazing the first time. And go back two more times and the food is mediocre. Not being able to provide the same quality each time is heart breaking. Today my rice was so dry that the extra gravy couldn’t even save it. Won’t be returning sadly. Can’t play with my stomach nor money.

The service in this place is non existent and disrespectful to the Jamaican culture. I have attempted to make purchases there on several different times and once they couldn't take cards and today the young lady didn't take my order in person because I was paying with a card. I attempted to use their self checkout which I detest!!!I DO NOT WORK THERE!!!! I had a $100 order the items I was trying to purchase I couldn't locate on the screen in several different places. I left the store distraught and disgusted that my business was ñot welcomed. Because I had others orders to get. I attempted to call only to be hung up on three times by automated system. Once I got a person on the phone she told me she couldn't take my order over the phone. I explained I attempted and repeated my bad experience and all she could say was have a nice day. How?? I do not recommend this establishment to anyone for any reason any more.

I am utterly disappointed, I ordered Brown stew fish and it was not prepared the authentic Jamaican brown stew fish style. It appears to have been fried (coated with flour) and then brown stew chicken gravy or a dark brown thick sauce was thrown over it. The fish tastes like rubber, hard to chew, appears to be from overnight or stale, after one bite, over $20 worth of fish thrown in the garbage.

Always have a good experience with them. Service could be better from certain individuals, but nothing to keep you away. I usually get the Brown Stew Chicken with white rice and plantains.

beauty junk

Everything here is good except the jerk chicken. If you want authentic jerk you have to go to clive's Cafe. Also, they missed the mark on the soursop juice. It's filled with sugar & you can't taste or smell the soursop. It's been 2years since I last had it & I don't know whats going on, but it needs to be fixed. For fresh authentic juices, I recommend goong to clive's & coconut fusion.

I’ve been here a few times and every time nobody really greets me or acknowledges anything I say. I am starting to think the workers are racist. I smile and thank them for the food and was just stared at. No acknowledgment to my thanking him. Very off energy at this restaurant. Food is pretty good which is a shame. But this has happened already to me so much and felt compelled to say something.

Service SUCKS!!!! They lie through food delivery apps (i.e. Uber) so that it "looks it" the food is ready on time and when you get there it's till a 30-40 minute wait. Awful customer service awful experience
