Five Guys remains my top choice over McDonald's any day, primarily because of their unbeatable potato fries and consistently good burgers. However, their odd selection of peanut snacks still puzzles me to this day. What detracts from the experience, though, is the inconsistent level of welcoming service. While some staff offer a warm "How can I help you?" greeting, others seem disinterested and may even respond with a curt "Whatchu want?" This lack of basic soft skills can leave customers feeling uncertain and unwelcome. Although they used to compensate for this with generous portions of fries, it seems that may no longer be the case. Perhaps ordering online for pickup and enjoying your meal outside in the car or at home is the better option, simply bring your own flashcars for your kids to draw in the car while they and you'll be fine.

There's a loud welcome when you walk in the door, but no smiles from that point on. Burgers are average. A customer left a mess of fries on the floor which sat there for several minutes before anyone noticed.

Man its rare i jump on google for reviews but this place 100%%% deserves it!!! Both the young man who took our order and the young lady cooking!! I do not know their names but its 12:57pm i hope these folks get paid well or get a raise. The cashier was polite, smiled, asked us how we were!! Just beyond awesomeMan!!! Thank you todays day and age its very very hard to find workers like this!!!

Place my order to go, git home the order is wrong, called to speak to the manager, it says wrong number, terrible, never again, do not go to this place, thia is the 3rd time they get my order wrong, the guy at the register did not say one word at all.

Great burgers and excellent service. Staff are very polite and courteous. Food is fabulous. Only reason this restaurant doesn't get 5 stars is because it is very expensive compared to others - approximately 40-50% more, which simply isn't justified.

Best fast food burger and fries. Five guys still used beef tallow in their French fries which not only makes them tastier but better for you than the vegetable or canola oil that other fast food places use.Kid-friendliness: High chair

Five Guys has decent burgers. The fries aren't the kind that I like and thus, I usually order a regular and my kids will eat them. The burgers are cooked to order and I feel that is a nice bonus. It sometimes takes a little longer to get the food than it should, though. However, they have a bin filled with peanuts and this tides me over. I don't eat here a lot because I don't eat burgers a lot. It's a place that my kids like better than I do. We'll be back as long as they keep wanting to go here.
