We ordered 2 milkshakes and they passed us behind the line, it took an eternity to get them. And they're badly made with ice cream, and tasted like whole milk with sugar. Just regretted the high price and bad quality. Very disappointed.

This location has delicious sweets but their service is in need of improvement. They are rude and don’t smile. Also their outdoor dining is a bit dirty and they have a block with a bush obstructing the walkway. People have a hard time passing through.

I live in miami lakes and the haagen dazs there is dirty and they keep the AC at 76.. i drive all the way to this haagen dazs in pembroke pines just to get icecream. The service here is amazing & the place is really clean! I recommened :))

Horrible service today at 8:40pm at this location . I’ve ordered a smoothie twice via DoorDash and vanilla ice cream is missing. The first time I had to go in person to get it corrected and this second time it was a pick up and I had to return back. The manager or lead girl had the audacity to reach over the counter to take the drink they made a mistake on…how low and poor service.
