This place is so good, the best hot chicken in the area and we have tried many, they don’t even compare to this one. The chicken is super juicy and tasty and crispy it’s perfect. The cluck sauce is amazing and I typically do not even like pickles but the pickles here are so good for some reason!! Everything here is always 10/10 and super fresh, so naturally it is going to take long. Once you order the food it does take a little bit long, so if you’re looking for speed order ahead online, but other than that the food is always always super fresh and they never ever have a bad day, I have nothing bad to say about this place. Recommend to everyone 100%!

Consistent is the best description I can give. The sandwiches are always on point, and the cluck sauce and fries are always top tier. I wasn't too much a fan of the Mac and cheese, but that's a small price to pay for the rest of the food! (Be careful ordering the super hot option!)

This isn't my first time at Hot Chicks, however, it has been a while so I'm not sure what changed, so my review is based solely on my return yesterday to the burger joint. Upon coming, I would like to note how kind the young boy at the register was. However, when I saw the other young boys behind him working the kitchen, I couldn't help but notice how they were not in proper attire (socks and slides, shorts, just no proper uniform to wear while attending to food) as well as no hair nets! Some of the young boys had a good amount of hair and I was really disgusted at the idea if I was to find a hair in my food. Please get this issue fixed because it's something that any customer can see right in front of them! Not sanitary at all. Second, something needs to be done to the floor because it is so slippery!! As for the food, my husband and I ordered the Seoul burgers with fries and Mac and cheese. The burgers were good, fries were not the best honestly, and the Mac and cheese was very grainy! I don't think it was worth how much the cost of the food came out for what was not met properly. But what bothered me most was seeing how the cooks had no proper attire handling food.

Y'all this place is an easy 5/5. The hot sauce was a good spicy (they have several levels of spiciness). I got the seoul sandwich, and it was so good I ordered a second one right after lol the mac n cheese is good, the fries are good, and the regular Nashville sandwich is good. They're quick here too! I'll be coming

This restaurant was very delicious I ordered the large 10 chicken wings with fries and a drink the fries was so good it make you wanna cry with the chicken wings, I recommend you get hot because it tastes more better.????

Horrible experience! I never leave reviews, but this was very disappointing. Waited over 30 minutes for two sandwiches. The food was salty both chicken sandwiches were horrible. Service is lacking, a young kid playing on his phone and losing track of orders. Beautiful place it's truly a shame. Will not be returning.

Too slow for a fast food joint. Yes it does say it's not fast food. But I ordered pickup and it was still 10 minutes late and the place was empty. It's chicken sandwiches for gods sake
When we got there, it was empty but it do filled up. It's in a busy plaza, and parking was a bit of a hassle even though it was around 7pm on a Tuesday. The tables are completely bare, no salt and pepper, napkins, etc. There were napkins you could grab by the drink machine, but no Ketchup or salt/pepper. We ordered a family meal, which is two pieces of white meat, two pieces dark, and two large sides. It seemed like a good deal for $25. We got the medium spice level. It's dry spice, not sauce, which made me sad because I'm a sauce lover but that's just a personal preference. I didn't think it was spicy, maybe just a little tinge, but my husband was sweating pretty bad. (He likes spicy, it just makes him sweat.) The chicken was... okay. I feel like it was a little over-fried, but my much. It's served on slices of plain white bread, with a few sweet pickles (this, I've learned, is what "Nashville style" means). The fries were pretty good, well seasoned which is nice since there was no salt/pepper anywhere that I saw. They only give you one ramekin of Ketchup (and another ramekin of something orange, maybe a Ketchup/mayo combo?). I'm sure I could have asked for more though. The mac and cheese broke my little mouse heart, it was... not very good. The noodles were way overcooked, sort of mushy, and the cheese wasn't creamy. It also had a very odd taste to it that I couldn't place. Overall, I'm glad we tried somewhere new, but I wouldn't go back or recommend it to anyone.
