Walked in and got sat by kimberly our server. She was great service was great the food and wait time wasn’t so great. I ordered a crepe combo w cinnabun crepes scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese, grn pep n onion mix and tomatoes. My eggs were dry cook didn't read instructions gave me bacon and ssge instead of ham. My boyfriends pancakes were burned. Come to find out the cook was the manager. Presentation was not nice. The only pleasant thing there was our server. Kimberly was great and sweet

First, Donna was amazing. She was super helpful and professional.However the rest of my experience was absolute trash. I waited almost an hour for a chicken biscuit sandwich and it’s beyond obvious that they are understaffed.The kitchen staff seems to be the most lacking as it’s taking them forever to do simple orders.Again, Donna was great. But this place needs to seriously rethink their management and their kitchen staff.Would not recommend if you have somewhere to go or but it’s perfect if you just want to hang out at ihop as you wait hours for your food.And if there’s more than one person in your party - good luck .
