I ordered from their catering menu for my brother's engagement party. From placing the order to pick up everything went smooth sailing. I was able to speak to staff about what I wanted and they worked with me to figure out how much I needed. You get your hang for your buck. The food was ready upon pick up and the ladies at the counter were friendly and very helpful. The food was hot and ready. We ordered empanadas and quipe. Delicious!!! Not one was left behind at the party. Definitely would order again.

The owner is very friendly with the customers that visit and the food portions are awesome. If you like Dominican food and strong coffee, this is a go to place in Pines.

A total disaster the 24th when we went to pick up an order. Waited one hour in a long line and they were very disorganized.

Very unprofessional ladies work here, they do not how to talk to customer and treat you like you are getting everything free. Few customers have been waiting to be served in the deli department and because is not really part of the Supermarket they neglected the waiting cystomer , their answer: we have to wait until there is not customers waiting in their business... Bravo Supermarket Management could check more ofter how this people is treating Bravos's customers... We did not received any help until a manager from Bravo came .

Great place for some Cuban food at a good a price. The restaurant is located inside bravo and is always busy so you know the food is fresh .I always get the Cuban sandwich for my mom since she is not began . The the Cuban coffee too. Service is excellent place is clean and welcoming . Parking is a breeze.
