I love Las Granjas, but this particular restaurant has a serious problem answering their phone. I moved to the area and this is my closest restaurant, and EVERY SINGLE time I want to place an order for pick up, the phone rings once and goes straight to the answering machine. The last time I had to go in and place the order, and while I had to wait I asked the cashier why they never answer the phone, and she responded that they are taking their break, they don’t answer the phone. This doesn’t make any sense! They don’t answer at any time of the day.You can’t even place an order through uber eats or postmates because their prices are doubled of what they are if you place it physically.This is very upsetting!

This is the best one I’ve been to in Florida. It’s the cleanest, great customer service and great food. All thanks to the manager he is on point. Thank you! can’t wait to come back to Florida to this location. Try the soups and the cevechi!

I ordered the fish dinner and it was as expected. Good. The menu is varied and the food is consistent from each visit. An upgrade from pollo tropical. I would like them to add breaded steak to the menu. They have that meal at other locations

My family arrived at peak dinner time on a Wednesday night. We ordered the family meal and were informed that it would be a 20 min wait for chicken. I was offered to substitute with extra steak or pork. I still ended up waiting 20 mins.
Always nice to come back to Miami and have a good variety of places to eat like this place.

By far not my favorite La Granja location. For months we did not go to this location but due to convenience, last Friday (03/06) my wife ordered to take home. Out of the four of us, three got sick with bad intestinal issues. Coincidence or not, the three that ate the garlic potatoes. Never eating from this location again.
