Ordered a veggie quesadilla. The Hispanic guy with the gotee facial hair even asked me 3 times if I wanted meat in it. I told him no I don't eat meat. Then when my food finally did come that the same Hispanic guy was standing by the cooks the entire time .... After a bite of chewing guess what Full of meat inside. No one apologized for what happened, nor gave me a refund... so I ended up leaving because why would I wanna eat the same food that I threw up...

They are very nice.The young man who took my order.I asked him for the food not to be spicy and he told me that nothing would be spicy.And by mistake they gave me the food that was too spicy with one of the strongest ones they had.I stood up and explained to a waitress about the incident and they immediately changed my meal.They were very kind to do it like few other places.And the food was delicious.Thank you. The place is highly recommended.

Went there to get some take out.... Bought 6 meals and when they gave me the food I asked for extra sauce and they said that it was $3 extra for it.... I would have done it with no problem but they gave the same salsa I asked for to the person that was before me in line for free... why would you charge one costumer and no the other one??? And I clearly bought more food than the other person... so what make you decide who's going to get charged and who is not???

Top service, all the employees are super nice and helpful. When you go , you don t have one person taking care of you but a team . They must have an amazing HR that keeps them so happy and engaged. Dog friendly place . All of them making sure our dog had water . Of course delicious food too . Coming back for sure :)

This is so far one of the best locations that lime has for the restaurants. The people working there are very nice very friendly and the food is amazing. I came today with my daughter to have dinner. We had a great time. The food was good no complaints. I will always always come to this lime location.

Extremely mediocre food. They brought the wrong quesadillas and our bowl had a hair in it. It does not taste that good at all, mater fact, very tasteless. Chipotle is better without a doubt.

While heading north, I decided to stop here on a Saturday afternoon. The staff was friendly as could be, explained how the numbering system and food-to-table delivery worked, etc. The menu has a mix of tacos, bowls, salads, etc.; something for everyone, even a small kids menu. I opted for the Porkito, which is a pork burrito, but since I didn't want the flour tortilla, I asked if I could have it as a bowl instead; it was great! The bowl had a smoky flavor, a little bit of sweet BBQ sauce drizzled on, small bits of bacon, and rice and beans. All entrees come with chips, and there's a small self-serve sauce station with lines and cilantro, too. For a fast casual spot, the quality and quantity are spot on. There's indoor and outdoor seating. Great, great service!
