This restaurant is in the food hall of the Pembroke Lakes mall, so a typical atmosphere for the location. The service was polite and helpful, but pretty slow. This was mainly due to the fact that two of the staff who dealt with our order had incredibly long artificial nails (both male and female staff). This meant that they struggled to operate the touch screen till. The food is very good and excellent value for money. However, we had a serious issue about an attempt to charge 5 dollars for a regular minute maid Lemonade , and a further 1.25 for plain tap water!! What??!Come on Lime! You can do better than that.Overall, it was a good experience thanks to the excellent food. We would definitely go back for this reason, although we would avoid buying anything to drink from this place.

Wish i could give this place zero stars came here before 2022 tasted great so I decided to return after shopping I spent $45 here my burrito was made sloppy beans should be spreaded on burrito wrap first not at first bite huge glob of beans then on bottom of burrito was cheese and rice wasn't hot.. I asked for salsa the girl at the pick up area responded saying "uhhhhhhh" instead of saying sure I'll get the salsa very disappointed won't be going back here! Moe's is way better and never disappointed with them...

the food was actually the worst thing i've ever had. It tasted like vomit. Corporate clearly has not seen passed by this location to do any type of training. The rice was like sushi rice, there was onions in my order that never is supposed to have onions. i think the tortilla was expired.

Went and ordered my usual queso burrito with a side of guac side of queso so it. Took the lady 12 minutes to start my order. she was prepping and portioning out ingredients and stocking ingredients (side work), doing everything else but making my order. After 12 minutes i notified the cashier that I still haven't gotten my order. My thing is if you see your coworker haven't started the order you placed why wouldn't you been speak up on it and remind her if she didn't know? Not giving an excuse for the line cook but come on. Anyways the cook was like oh my gosh I just realized I didn't start up the food. I understood what it was so when I got my food I ain't taste no queso the rice was crunch if just was a mess in my opinion. I love lime if I get a taste for that that's what I want. I've been eating lime for years so when I get the craving I know what it is I want. that or not he's like no case of brutal I l but I was so hungry I just ate it anyway if you love lime if you're familiar with the flavors and everything I recommend going to the line at Pembroke Gardens you know it may be more of a hassle parking and stuff but if you really are in the mood for some good lime I don't recommend the one in the mall.

Good food, awesome atmosphere! All the staff were very upbeat and outgoing and I saw the manager on the floor interacting. I didn't wait long for my too go order. Food order was accurate and tasted good. Will visit again.
