Two of three of the flavors I selected were delicious but they do NOT allow you try the flavors before putting them in your cup, and the third flavor was HORRIBLE AND WATERY but I wasn’t allowed to try first. If I had been able try it I wouldn’t have selected it but… well you.That’s weird to me. Frozen yogurt and ice cream parlor always allow you to taste a flavor before you buy. And the gross flavor was chocolate, who messes up chocolate?I’m confused. I used to come here years ago and it was great, there must be new ownership. I am glad I didn’t bring my family here like I had planned.
The trash is overflowing everywhere. The syrups are all empty. They have two kids working the store, definitely need more staff to actually run this business

I always love visiting Menchie's. The inside is always very clean, they have a huge variety of toppings and flavors of frozen yogurt, and the staff are always great to interact with. There is plenty of seating available and its never too crowded.

This place is the worst, the service and the employees are useless. I ordered a cake two weeks ago for a birthday party, I ordered it with two weeks in advance, I paid for it and today, when I had my daughter's party ready, I just had to go for it. The cake that PAGE turns out was not ready, it was NOT ready, that is, they never did it nor did they bother to call me or anything not even a day before to find out if I wanted another one or if I wanted to go get my money to buy another one because it arrived there. store and the young boy who was there today 11-19-23 never even asked me for the answer to know what my name was I asked him if he spoke Spanish he said no with that face more Hispanic than me bad service terrible treatment with customers and more with the clients I move because if I don't come back there is no more I don't recommend it I had to go back to look for another cake because at the end of the day I felt very bad forAll of this damaged my daughter's party, be more responsible, call your clients if you know that you are not going to provide good service and not only is the manager not here today, they did not notify us because that is no excuse and if you don't know, I can close that business

Absolutely amazing selection of treats for kids and adults. We regularly go to treat ourselves and the parking is easy and the selection is great. Service is terrible and they never smile or greet but we don't come here for the service we come here for the treat.

My oh my..... it pains me to give this location a one star review, this visit really disappointed me. They are usually busy and very family friendly which still remains for the most part, although the fun and friendly elements have been replaced with huge freezers for froyo cakes. The quality of the froyo and especially the toppings have really gone down over the years and were terrible during this visit. They no longer allow samples so you have to simply take a guess on which flavors may taste good. The selection for the frozen yogurt was not very exciting, and you'd imagine they'd at least have a flavor for the fall season but they didn't. Nonetheless, I decided to try a few since I've always known Menchie's to deliver great quality. After picking my flavors, I hit the fresh fruit and toppings bar with high hopes, even added a little chocolate dipped strawberry into my cup. I paid, (had to ask for a spoon) and sat down to dive into my much anticipated cup of froyo..... a mouthful of disappointment followed as the toppings were tasteless and the frozen yogurt seemed to taste a bit off. It seemed like the toppings may have been out for too long and lost their flavor. I'm glad I didn't take anymore than I did because it truly felt like a waste. Hopefully they can get back to that great quality that they're known for, til then I'm not sure if I'll be returning soon.
This location it's always busy on a Saturday afternoon , on a weekday not so much but it's constantly with people . The flavors are always great , but the machines are not regularly maintained cleaned , specially with the amount of people going in . The staff it's not very friendly , and just seemed annoyed even when paying , they didn't even offer a spoon.

My husband and I were out running errands with just our youngest. He decided to stop for some Froyo.It wasn't as busy as it usually is so we were able to take our times and get exactly what we wanted.I love coming here to pile on the yummy. The employees were nice and helpful and the ambiance was calm at that time of day.

Such a nice place, and the frozen yogurt is delicious. This place is smaller than the others I have been, what means, lest flavors, but they are still good. Also, less space to sit and it the ice cream comfortably. The person in the cashier was normal but not interested on things happening around. I will go again if I am in the area.

Amazing customer service!! As soon as I walked in the environment was very nice and clean! I definitely have to thank aiden and as well jabari for the patience they had as this was my very first time coming and they sat here explained the process as well the calories. I am definitely bringing my kids here thank you so much for such a nice experience guys ! I hope y'all are recognized for the value you bring to the store and they should definitely get a raise
