I wouldn't go to this one. This location had flavors I never tried and wanted the usual sample cups to try it but this location dosen't do samples. I'm fine with that but give me a solution rather than smile and go back to talking nonsense with a coworker in front of me. Is I needed to pay a sample fee, spoon or cup I would have gladly done so. I left in anger. I think it was a lack of training or problem solving that ultimately is missing.

Icey, very Icey. Not like yogurt lands creamy froyo. The vanilla literally looked like shaved ice and tasted like nothing. Good for kids!

Tried to use a Valid Dining Advantage BOGO offer for buy 10oz get 10oz free which expired 12/31/23. I purchased this BOGO deal and had used one a week or so before with no issue. For some reason the employee this time, claiming to be the manager, said that it was not valid or acceptable at this location even though it was specifically purchased for THIS location only. He said that the employee the previous time should not have accepted it then either. I have been coming to this location for years and have never had an issue like this. Perhaps the employee (manager?) was just having a bad day? In any case, this kind of customer service is completely unacceptable and I will not be going back here. I urge other customers to avoid this location and head up the street to Jeremiah's or another froyo place.

The serving scoops were dirty, dried chocolate, sticky hand prints, rusted corners near the yogurt serving lever, toppings on counter top AND NO ONE AT THE REGISTER. Young boy came out from back, I pointed out the dirty stuff, his comment was “where do you say it’s dirty?”. Pointed out the filth, boy acted like he didn’t see. Customer service = horrible. NEVER GOING BACK.

I have visited this location many times and I have No complaints. Every time my family and I are greeted with a smile. They always have many options of flavors and lots of toppings to choose from! It’s only a matter of time before we’re here again.

This place leaves a lot to be desired. Never I have been in such an untidy location and we’ve been to many. Tables sticky, chairs dirty with ice cream and all the trash bins beyond overflowing. Not sure what’s going on at this particular location but it needs some immediate oversight. Definitely not coming back!

This location is always clean and well maintained. We were welcomed with a smile. There is a great variety of topping from healthy options to sweet and delicious toppings. It did seem like there was quite a few flavor options that were unavailable but that is not the norm from when we've previously come to this location. I'd recommend trying this one out.

Probably one of the most well stocked and CLEAN Menchie's I've ever been to. Most other locations are dirty and sticky and barely have any flavors. Also, super ecstatic that they had a full container of condensed milk, lol. My weakness. Definitely pass by here to mix up flavors and add yummy toppings to what could a refreshing or sweet treat!

Bad Customer service. Doesn't change flavor and options for Vegans and Nondairy consumers. I live close to this location and frequent this business often but they have the same sorbet flavors for months without changing them. Being Vegan and Nondairy my family and kids are limited to Fruit Sorbets and Nondairy flavors so usually its only 1 machine with two flavors. This business has had Mango and Pineapple for 9 months straight with no change. We love both flavors but we have to travel to other locations if we want something different because this owner is unwilling to change out the Sorbet flavors after repeatedly asking. Sometimes as this past week they even pair a dairy flavor with a nondairy vegan sorbet on the same machine which further limits my kids by not being able to swirl the two flavors together. Other locations simply rotate the Vegan Nondairy Sorbet flavors so that Vegan Customers can have better options.

Terrible customer service. My daughter and wife are Vegan and I have asked them to consider changing the Sorbet flavor many times and they have completely ignored my requests. I have to drive to Plantation and Davie locations to get different sorbet/ Vegan flavors. As vegans and non dairy we are limited on selections as it is and by not changing up the available flavors we are further boxed in to the two and sometimes 1 flavor that is offered at this location. It is a shame that the owner at this prominent location can not just rotate different flavors on the two machines that are designated Vegan and nondairy. I feel that this is not a big request to ask of this business. Mango and Pineapple are great but the same flavors for 9 months is just ridiculous.
