Beware of scams. On 3/24 at 9:30 pm, went through drive through and asked for two turkeys. I also asked if they had the deal for wings on Sundays. To which they said they didn’t but then they mentioned they are doing two Phillies for bogo 30 cents on the second one. I thought that was too good to be true so I went with it changing my original order. Then the manger working gets on and tries to sell us something else calling it a bundle deal. I wasn’t interested. The original guy working the front comes back and says it’s only the chicken Phillies that the bogo works for. To which I said okay. He then comes back and says it’s only the original not the classic. Confused I said okay and before we left the drive through to the window I confirmed it’s three subs right including one of the turkeys and the bogo deal. Get to the front to pay and it ends up being only two subs and the manager who swears she wasn’t listening in on the drive through call comes on and says we don’t know about a bogo deal. I was genuinely confused why they tried to bait and switch. Ended up getting something I wouldn’t normally get Place gives me sus vibes. Wondering if they were trying to do credit card scams. Hope corporate looks at this.

In honor of 305 day, I had to visit Miami Grill. My favorite thing to order on the menu is the Nathans hot dog and fries combo. The fries were hot, and the hot dog was yummy as well. The lady at the drive-thru window was pleasant.

I HAVE BEEN IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR TWENTY MINUTES AND YOU GUYS HAVE NOT SERVED ONE ITEM OF GOD DAMN FOOD TO THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME. WHAT IN THE WORLD HAPPENED TO "FAST FOOD"?! Then his excuse is he's alone when you can clearly see the cook standing behind him then the manager comes up out of no where as well. Which she didn't address anything either and the fact that her restaurant is running obviously below even its own standard (hard to imagine for Miami grill to be honest) then he asks me if I want my food or not while holding my card that I'm using to pay my money for my food. God damn you guys should really start double checking those high school diplomas you require because there's no way these people got thru school being this dumb!

I didn't want to make a negative post but I tried for over an hour to get someone on the phone.Ordered gyro meal it smelled and tasted like seafood. Obviously using same oil for everything. Thank goodness I'm not allergic to seafood. Fries were hard. Only thing positive was the lemonade.Young lady taking the order needs to be more pleasant.

Came here for a quick late night bite and the food didnt disappoint. I ordered the 1/2 Turkey Sandwich combo with a diet coke. The only issue was they didnt ask me if I wanted everything on the sandwich or not so they just assumed and threw everything on there . It still tasted good and I'll be back on the next trip !
The host was extremely friendly and patient. The food was very reasonably priced and my family enjoyed it so much that I went 2 days in a row.

The last 3 times I have ordered there has been something missing or wrong! First time I just let it slide. We are humans we make mistakes. Second time I drove back and they threw away the item in returned instead of letting me keep it for the trouble. Could have given it to somebody. This time I ordered 2 cheese steaks. One with no onions which clearly says on the ticket. Of course both have onions! It is a simple thing! Just no onions. Called and person in phone was rude saying take it up with uber eats when uber eats did not make the mistake. It costs way too much money to keep getting orders messed up!
