Perfect example of the continued downfall of quality service in most chain restaurants. Total lack of professionalism. Where do they find these servers??? Why can’t they properly train them. Its really bad. Lack of management oversight/ quality control for service of guests. Ordered 2 drinks, only 1 came out, the 2nd was a simple beer, it took at least 20 minutes. We ordered 2 menu items. 1 came out (with no silverware), the other didn’t. Finally we said just cancel the other order because we were ready to leave. Just then the other persons meal came out so I ordered a 2nd beer which after probably another 25 minutes never came. Then was told we missed last call (time was now 1:40am)- but we ordered it at around 1:15. Very unremarkable service. Thank you Millers for reminding me why we generally try to choose other options for food/drinks when possible.

The food was amazing. I never had a Fiesta bowl, so tasty and full of flavor like this one. The server was nice and helpful, even in the midst of a busy evening. Overall, I enjoyed my dining experience ☺️.

My friends and I went to miller's ale house in Pembroke Pines, we all ordered our food at the same time and they brought everyone's food out but mine and one of my friends. We were told it would be a couple of minutes. After 15 minutes we told them to just put them in a to go box. We still had to wait another 15-30 minutes before we got our food. Would not recommend this place. If I could do no stars I would. The manager did comp both of our meals, and then she and the waitress did finally apologized to us.

Overworked employees, cannot give basic service. Napkins, cracked drinking glass, food cold. Also, the zinger salad was small. $15 , I usually get 4 straps of white meat. Now, I don't think I got two complete straps, as I got 4-5 small pieces. Going Elsewhere!UPDATE: YOUR TABLE SERVICE FOLKS ARE NOT BLIND, MAYBE A QUALITY CHECK B4 THEY BRING TO TABLE. Anytime I’m cravings Zingers, I have to make a quick stop at Ale house! The food is great, but the service is that much better. Javi was our server, and he always ensures we have everything needed. He’s very attentive and personable which adds to the experience and keeps us coming back. Thank you, Javi!

I had a delightful experience at Miller's Ale House! The fried calamari was a perfect start – crispy and flavorful. The chicken nachos were a delightful follow-up, satisfyingly good. The real star, though, was the French dip and loaded fries; they were absolutely delicious, making my visit memorable. The combination of flavors and quality of the dishes exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff and a lively atmosphere added to the overall positive dining experience. Highly recommend!
