Ordered a pizza online for pickup. Got charged 4 times for it and no one I could call through the store's phone number could help me. On top of that I was told that they had received no orders so I am out almost $50 for an 11" pizza that I never received. This is my first and last time ever trying this food chain or any others affiliated with it.

The people are purposeful and accurate. Overall, I love this Chipotle style pizza place. Bit the most effective for private time, but great place.Vegetarian options: Just don't get meat in your pizza and they have crust options if need be.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crustParking: It's at the mall

The “new kids meal” is a joke. It’s supposed to be a mini cheese pizza and drink. So I asked them to add pepperoni but it’s only for cheese so I said fine I will pay extra for the pepperoni. I got to the cash register and instead of charging me for a kids meal with a small fee for the topping they charged me a full priced mini and milk separately. I know it was only $3.50 more but still! That’s nearly 50% price bump. Plus the site wasn’t working to rest my password so I couldn’t get the advertised deal on my pizza. The food is decent but I feel gipped.

My son and I love this location. The staff is awesome! Pizza is also great. My fave is chicken, bacon , 3 cheeses, and sprinkled with rosemary for the win!!!

My grand-daughter, wife and myself decided to try something different for lunch today. We came for the first time to MOD PIZZA at the Pembroke Pines location, the place where you could add as many toppings as you wany in your pizza for the same price and the best part is that the pizza is cooked right in-front of you.I've created my pizza with many toppings and it came out PRETTY DAM DELICIOUS!!!The restaurant has the option to deliver, option to dine outdoors and the option to dine indoors.Great customer service and always with a smile on her face.We loved the pizza, we loved the restaurant and we loved the attention which means there will be plenty of more visits to the MOD PIZZA in Pembroke Pines.Great job guys!!! Keep it up.Vegetarian options: Cauliflower crust option with many veggies available to create your own ultimaye veggie pizza.Parking: There are plenty of parking spaces available.

This is the second time I order a pizza that is poorly made. It taste like there is perfume in the sauce. I ordered bacon and pepperoni and it was as if I ordered a cheese pizza. Never again. This place is horrible.

Great customer service and clean location. Firs time here and got a mad dog pizza , caspian pizza with garlic bread. Good price for the size, really love the sausage and pepperoni more then bbq chicken one, garlic bread was good.

The 5 stars belong to a team member called Gaby I think, he was FANTASTIC!!!We were that customer you'd never want to see, the one ordering 6 items and all complicated, he was all smiles and he was quick and even offered suggestions and took care of us very smoothly!He is definitely the MVP, company should take care of him for sure!
Cool joint! It's great you can customize your pizza with up to 36? toppings at a single price. Team members are polite and seem really happy to be working there. Makes for a cool vibe.

This fast casual concept restaurant is essentially a Chipotle style restaurant.... except with pizza. They have a wide variety of toppings and you can essentially get anything you could ever want on a pizza... at no extra cost. Overall the dining and service are were clean and the employees were very helpful for those that have never been to the restaurant before. I really enjoyed the pizza and thought it was reasonably priced given the amount of toppings available. It is a thin crust style pizza, and there are other crust options. The pizza is plenty big enough for 1-2 people. Great place to take kids for a quick and easy lunch or dinner. I'll definitely go back.
