I know there are lots of bad reviews but just listen to this one. This is the BEST cookie place I have ever been to and their cookies are always soft and fresh!! I would definitely recommend going here and try their chocolate chip and sugar cookies!!

My son and I just stopped at the Pines location and asked for assistance and was told by Valentina that she’s busy and couldn’t not help us and went on back talking to her coworker. She’s rude and should not be working with the public.Dr. Adams

I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS!!!!!!!There was no prices shown. SUPER OVERPRICED cookies and service was EXTREMELY slow. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I frequent this shop several times a week. I normally don’t have an issue but lately my cookies have been really hard. The reason why I like to get my cookies from there is because I like soft chewy cookies but lately they have been very hard and dry. My other issue is now they have a new employee that works there…a young man with dusty looking black hair. He always looks unkept/ not clean. Ive noticed on several occasions he has dandruff flakes along the collar of his shirt. His hair is always all over the place. Why not have them wear hair nets? This young man needs a crash course on how to look presentable at work…especially when working around food. I hate when he takes my order because I just know one day I’m going to find hair in or on one of my cookies. Management please consider talking with him about hygiene and looking the part to sell your goods.

Ordered cookies for pre-Christmas delivery, and they never arrived. Still waiting. Mrs. Fields says they have a 30 day shelf life, so eat it whenever they get here.

I worked in that store and it is one of the worst experience of my life, I’ve never been paid any tips, I don’t recommend this place at all, the managers are rude to customers and employees, they treat employees badly and are rude to them
Treats costumers and employees like garbage, Owners / Managers are rude and steal tips from employees. Also the place is very dirty on the inside and outside, oven hasn’t been cleaned in ages

I see this place didn't get too much great reviews. But it was super close to the house which is convenient. It's usually in most malls. I went durning the week so it wasn't too busy I asked how does this work whats the prices and they answered me with everything I could of asked for . The staff was nice and helpful . I got to pick which. Cake I wanted As in pricing wise the way it looked and the. Colors it's Valentine's Day so I made it plane and simple. My husband always asked for this. Cookie cake and I found it to be the best day for it . We each had a piece of it tonight the cookie tasted fresh had the right amount of softness and frosting . It was the perfect size and so cute. The pricing isn't too bad for what you get or expect . I can't wait to come here again and try more . They also have drinks and it's connected to pretzels which isn't all that bad. They always ask if you need anything else even as your picking up you're order. Make sure you order in advance too just so it can be ready on time.

I have been a fan of Mrs. Fields cookies since I was a teenager in Chicago. I thought the chocolate chip cookie would taste as good as the cookies and ordered one for my child's birthday. The presentation was very nice but the taste was not great. Everybody in my family including my child expressed their dislike for the cake. I thought it would taste better than Publix chocolate cookie cakes because of the name and expense. The cookie had no real taste but sugar and no one wanted seconds which is unusual for desserts in my home. I dont know if they didnt mix the ingredients right or what but it was not great.
