Olive Garden use to our go to place. Not so much anymore. Food is overpriced and drinks are overpriced. The service was very slow, my spaghetti had minimal sauce on it. When I asked for more sauce it took almost 20 minutes to get it. The restrooms were beyond disgusting. When I was in the bathroom twice I had to walk around a staff member busy texting on his phone. Do yourself a favor, go to John The Baker Italian restaurant around the corner. Better food and better prices.

Terrible place, I don't recommend it, bad service, the first time I went with my wife it took a long time for them to arrive to order, then the soup arrived cold and the forks and spoons arrived dirty, no one came back so we could communicate what happened, after two years We returned and the experience was the same. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, lousy service.

Today, I came in with the intention to treat my mother to a belated Mother's Day dinner celebration. On Mother's day, both of us had to work so we weren't able to celebrate, but today since we both had off, we decided to eat at this location because we are both regulars, and this is my mother's favorite restaurant. As soon as we walked to the establishment, we were met with a hostess that lacked both charisma and customer service. She had long, dark, wavy hair, and she had a blank, irritated expression and stared us down as if we were some kind of foreign object. We even witnessed her giving attitude to a coworker. She asked how many we were and took us to a table, but with no will as if someone forced her to do her job. When she took us to a table, we didn't like the area as it was too hot, and preferred a booth. We made this known to her, and she glared at us like we were crazy before saying, "No we don't have any booths at this time. I can move you to a different table, but I cannot give you a booth" with such irritation in her tone despite us asking in a polite manner. Despite this lack of charisma from the hostess, we dismissed it as the possibility of a bad mood from her side, and wanted to give our special day a second chance, so we waited. However we waited a long time, and when the waiter came, we viewed from his nametag that his name was Oscar because he did not even bother introducing himself, he immediately just cut to the chase and asked what we wanted to drink. As we asked for our respective drinks, he suddenly asked if we were already ready to order and gave us an eye roll when we said that we weren't. It is shocking that we had that experience, and I truly believe that we will not be coming to this establishment ever again, the staff that treated us were extremely unprofessional and we felt uncomfortable by the tension whenever they spoke to us. We will be telling all our relatives about this experience and will ask for them to avoid this establishment. I am disappointed, and I believe it's ridiculous to treat customers with such rudeness. We got up and left, because we could not handle the mistreatment any more.

A terrible place to spend with familyWith a lot of heat due to problems in their A.C. the bathrooms are extremely dirty. The baskets overflowed with papers with waste. No music to liven up or set the mood. At first they imposed a bar-type table on me because they were overloaded because it was Mother's Day but it is not possible to eat 4 people at a round bar-type table. With a lot of banging and knocking we were able to change and that stopped being an inconvenience but the place continued to be uncomfortable with a very bad smell. A place that I would never repeat or recommend to anyone in my life. To offer quality gastronomic service there must be a complete mesh between structure, service and quality and this place lacks a lot to meet expectations. Far from seeming to be in a restaurant, it feels like a poor quality dining room.

Amazing as always. Got breadsticks and salad which is so yummy. Found a piece of cardboard in my salad but hey extra protein! Anyways the fettuccine Alfredo was so good. The restaurant is cool. Played some games on the iPad and had a good dinner
Truly does NOT make any sense of why the customer service is terrible as soon as you arrive to speak to the host. Even the manager is rude and not welcoming at ALL. She acts like she hates her life & her job and took it out on us, that’s not my fault at all. I was polite, not screaming nor cursing nor rude of condescending. I didn’t understand where the impatience came from. I just asked for a simple request about seating & All me and my family wanted to do was sit and eat here at Olive Garden but we couldn’t even get pass the animosity ?♂️. Go to a different Olive Garden if you’d like great service.

Olive Garden has definitely gone down in the overall dining experience. I used to love going because of the food, affordable prices, & service. The food is still good and we definitely enjoyed it. The prices have definitely gone up. Cocktails were costly for the portion served. Service was definitely slow too. We barely saw our server.
