My pizza arrived cold and missing a piece.The manager has no costumer service skills she didn’t care about the fact that the pizza was missing a pice even though the pizza had 8 slices the pizza was missing a pice.All the pieces didn’t even fit together it’s like there where parts of other pizza

Do not go here. The pizza is dry cold and hard. The management is the worse. Due to the actions of this store and manager Pizza Hut has lost a loyal customer for life. They ruined a good family time. I called to speak with the manager 4 times and he just left me on hold for over 40 minutes until I hung up. I will be shopping elsewhere

The food is always sad-they don’t put sauce and cheese to correct positioning, building inside and out is dirty, and even the workers aren’t professional. One day I went in and a girl at the counter was wearing sweat pants and slides. Won’t be returning!

Rude, horrible driver that wore white headset. He had a bad attitude and had the nerve to try to pick an argument with me that I didn't answer my phone. I gave him no attitude whatsoever and he handed my pizza to me in a way that it almost dropped. A total A-hole that was also talking on the phone on the job. Unprofessional. And the pizza had no sauce and was dry and flavorless. Had to go back after I had family over for a birthday party. No one enjoyed it. Got a replacement after because they don't do refunds. Won't be coming back. The manager was okay.

I called and placed an order 45 minutes before the delivery ended. When it was well past the 30 minutes I was told by the person who took my order,I called back to be hung up on or placed on hold. It's 11:14pm, the store doesn't close until 12am. I'm beyond disappointed as a customer and offended.
