I've never seen a franchise ran worse. I was transferred to a call center after being on hold for 30 minutes. The store was supposed to be open since 10am (the exact time I called). There is no management, they literally are outsourcing calls to a call center. It's truly deplorable. You cant get anyone on the

I was happy with the overall experience of the three different pizzas that I have ordered perfectly cooked and on time also the employee Ryan was very nice!
This place is a toss up. I went on a Wednesday (Jan 24th around 9pm) and the pizza I got was good and what I'd normally expect from Pizza Hut, but when I went back on a Tuesday (Feb 6th around 1-2pm) the crust tasted almost inedibly stale. I even had to throw away some of the breadsticks because they were they were as hard as cinderblocks. I don't think I can recommend this place but if you go anyway, make sure to take a bite out of your pizza before you leave in case you need to send it back.

On December 26 during the night, the manager was extremely rude, used a racist language against me and not polite, even to other clients that I was able to observe. This is my 3rd time going through this situation with this person at this location and I feel disrespected. Especially since all I do is pick up the order, I should not be having this type of disrespect.
So I have some guys working at my house. I asked what they wanted to eat today and they chose Pizza Hut I tried to talk them into Papa John's but anyway, it was their choice. This store is pretty new. It looks modern. The gal was sweet when I picked up the order. I got them a large pizza with ham and breadsticks. I had a slice too. I actually thought the pizza tasted ok until I got to the crust. It tasted like nothing. The ham was pretty good. I am an unapologetic Papa John's fan. I haven't eaten Pizza Hut in a LONG time. I did used to like their salad bar years ago but that is long gone. I won't be back here unless it is not my choice.

Absolutely horrible experience. Placed an order for delivery at 8:30 PM, was told delivery would be 30 minutes. Received a text message that my order was being delivered by DoorDash when I tracked my order at 9:17. It said it would be delivered by 9:24. 9:24 came and went and when I checked on my order again, I found it was canceled with no notice. The store would not answer the phone. Customer service was no help. We drove to the store to find a woman named Sarah playing on her phone while the phones rang off the hook. Told her what happened and she responded crudely that they didn't have our "f'ing" order. We asked to speak to the manager & she told us there was no manager. She finally got someone on the phone by the name of Ryan. At no point did they offer to rectify the situation. Absolutely horrible, will never order from this location again.

Called and order to personal pans for my girls. I was at the indoor playground next door I didn’t want to leave my kids in there. So I called and politely asked to pay over phone and if someone can meet me at the door. Young lady was rude from initial call. And I canceled my order and proceeded to tell her how rude she was and she hung up in my face. Sounds like she’s un happy with her life. I believe her name is Ramona and she is the manager. Unhappy with working for Pizza Hut. While so many others are less fortunate and would be happy to be working. People like her shouldn’t be representing persons establishments.It’s sad
I was somewhat impressed with this Pizza Hut. It appears very clean and modern. They are take out only. The tall man working there was very pleasant. I had a craving for breadsticks and decided to order. I told him I would run to Publix and be right back. He had the breadstixks in the warmer for me. I took the breadsticks home and they were OK. I did not care for the sauce which was too sweet. This is very convenient to order at Pizza Hut and then run into Publix because we all always need something there. I also liked the pictures on the wall.

They were eating on the line during operational hours , they closed the doors 2 hours before closing:/ listen I’m not mad I am just upset because I needed to feed my older kids when they got back from heat game ?

One of the best pizza in town.
