Usually I have a great experience and the quality of my acai bowl is great but this time around it was not. I explained to the employee that the base of the acai bowl wasn’t blended properly and it wasn’t creamy like it usually is. It didn’t even taste like she put the protein in it and there was no honey on top. It was 8:34 and she said “we’re closed I can’t remake it” with an attitude. I am highly disappointed as the service is usually good and the quality is also always great. I paid $15 for a tasteless bowl

Disclaimer: I used to work for the company so I thoroughly know the standards they strive for.Went to this location a few weeks ago. I’ve received emails about many new things they have.Came in with the wife and kids because we had time to kill and we’re in the area. Kids saw the sign and wanted a smoothie.Went in and the menu was not legible, clearly they were having technical issues. We had no visibility on the smoothie menu. There was one person up front working, she didn’t notice us for a solid minute.My wife asked if they had a chocolate smoothie they could make, they told us they could modify something and make our kids a chocolate smoothie. We both didn’t really hear them say a name of anything just that they had something. No explanation of ingredients or expectations.My thoughts were that we’re going to get a chocolate smoothie split for my kids.They served us the chocolate zenergy bomb (at least that’s what they used to call it) split - for anyone that has never had it, this is not really a smoothie. It had granola on the bottom, it’s close to the thickness of an Acai bowl (not really drinkable) with a bunch of fruit on top.Not a smoothie and not something I can serve my kids in the car as we go on our drive.My wife, not wanting me to say anything, had us accept the food.Service has certainly gone downhill at this location, after checking the menu I see they have a new chocolate smoothie. It seems they are struggling to train their people as they have new menu items but one of these new menu items was not something they thought to suggest. Despite it being exactly what we were asking for.They generally have a great product, at least from what they make fresh.My father in law was an avid juice drinker for years but since they started HPPing their bottled juices he has told me the taste is not great and he has stopped purchasing. If you want cold pressed juice, there’s better local options for finding bottled juice (and less expensive).

I absolutely love this store! I am so grateful for them. Every ingredient that you read on their menu is what is in the product. They do not add any additional sugar or other items unless she requested. And none of these smoothies need any additional sugar they are perfectly sweet and healthy! to have this option available when you were looking for some thing, clean, healthy, and organic is such a gift. They also have an app that you can download that can earn you rewards down the road as well as order before coming to pick up so it is a quick in and out. The parking lot can get a bit full with the cycle bar next-door, but that never deters me from coming here.My current favorite smoothie is big green energy! Highly recommend you try it

4 stars because I need to visit multiple times and try different things before giving 5. I tried the Popeye Protein and the ginger note really came through! The ginger has some peppery spicy kick! Definitely woke me up and made me feel alert.kind of like a capsaicin high if you’ve ever tried a low carb diet. Enjoyed this smoothie. Look forward to trying a salad when I have more time. ?

The moment I walked in the owner welcomed me. It was my first time here. You feel instantly healthy! The employee that helped me was amazingly sweet. She made the drink I ordered exactly how it was described on the menu. They were fast! This is the place for Good healthy drinks and bowls and the vibe is soothing. The location is right in the middle of all the banks and grocery stores. A quick stop in between errands. I will return!

Crew is always pleasant when I visit. I've purchased juice cleanses and countless of açaí bowls and everything is so fresh and affordable in my opinion. They pride themselves on sourcing locally and I can really taste the difference. Service is always friendly and quick and I've never really visited when the place is severely packed out, customers usually flow in and leave happy!

Not sure about the other bowls but the açaí bowl is too watery with too much ice. This caused it to lack flavor.
