Ordered 2 bowls of clam chowder to go paid $20 and when i got home the container was half full as i had only ordered 1 full one. Placed curbside when i got there no one would pick up the phone had to go in to pick up my order worst red lobster service.

This location is awful. I had such a poor dine in experience tonight. Service was extremely delayed, and I don't understand why because theres no customers inside. Food tasted alright, but it wasn't worth the wait, and definately not worth the price. Bartender screwed up my drink. I was chased out the bathroom stall by a humongous roach. The lobster tank looked dirty and manager was no where in sight. They don't deserve the one star they got.

Haven't been to this location in years, did so to attend a birthday celebration. I must say, for this local, time stood still. I really wanted to make my excuse not to continue to the table after the moldy smell of the carpet hit me on entrance. The dishes were mediocre. The linguini dishes were so dry that when asked for extra sauce, we were told it was at a cost. The mashed potatoes (out of a package, of course, had a horrible taste). I am not bashing Red Lobster since the week before I was at the Hollywood site and had a great meal. It's just the disappointment of the Pines branch that was so dissatisfying and poor. Have to do better my friends, start with cleaning that carpet......
Carpet at the locations of pembroke pines and 27th ave also 135th nw biscayne blvd have horrible carpet smell. Disgusting. Cant believe people actually eat there. Please change carpets for valued customers like myself. Thanks. The history of Red lobster is a tradition for us.

My "southwest bowl" came with nothing but a spoon of orzo and shrimp. Nothing else. I called the restaurant and one of the employees got the manager on the phone. She picked up and asked for the name on my order now she currently has me waiting on hold for 30+mins. Ridiculous. Horrible service. When I go in person I'm disappointed every time and now even delivery is disappointing. Update- called back on a second phone and they picked the phone up and left it hanging. I could hear employees walking and talking. Finally they picked up an hour 30 min later on the original phone I was calling on and said Lisa was the manager that initially picked up the phone but she left. The general manager picked up and said he will reimburse me my money without giving any type of confirmation that he will reimburse it the call ended.
Girl at the bar with red hair on Monday night was attentive and really looked like she knew what she was doing….but her attitude was awful, it was clear that she didn’t want to be there and she made it known to everyone else with her poor attitude . Poor Spanish guy came in to order and was limited to his English and she was super rude to him he ended up not ordering

I HAD THE BEST SERVER AND FOOD AT THIS LOCATION THERE WAS NO WAY I WAS GONNA LEAVE W/OUT LEAVING A REVIEW AND I HAD TO LEAVE 5 STARS!!!!!!! MY server Monay was AMAZING, She was knowledgeable abt drinks and the food, she had EXCELLENT customer service and was very attentive to me and my girlfriend.....the food was DELICIOUS, it came quickly and was cooked EXACTLY the way we wanted, we enjoyed the dining experience SO MUCH!!!!! I recommend ANYONE TO EAT HERE!!!! You won't be disappointed!!!!!!!
