My rating is for my last visit only. We ordered two different dishes that called for clams. Both were served with clams in advance state of decomposition. Un edible, certainly not safe. The garlic rolls were also unsavory, just white bread with a lite glase of butter with barely garlic flevor. Unexpected and unexcussable for a restaurant that otherwise has great food, great pizza and great service.

When you walk in, you get that family feeling. The tables and setup are reminiscent of an Italian themed family gathering at home. From pizza to garlic roll towards dessert- the food is melt in your mouth scrumptious and delicious. Also, the service offered is done with upmost consummate professionalism. If you are looking for healthy portions combined with delicious flavor, this is your place.

Prosciutto was thick and tasted old, chewy as gum, the pizza was soggy, not crispy and poorly done, the carbonera was not edible, sour taste maybe because they added thick cut long pieces of red onion to it, kids pizza was obviously reheated, had big expectations for this place what a disappointment.

Food. Service. Ambiance. Russo's has always been the it place for me since they opened. Everyone here is always so nice & welcoming. The vibe is always great and Karla & Jason are like family. They always make sure you have a nice time and many laughs. You cannot go wrong with anything you pick to eat. So here are some of my favorites. A must have is the HOMEMADE GARLIC KNOTS! Hand-knotted pizza dough tossed with Sicilian extra-virgin olive oil, fresh garlic, and Pecorino Romano cheese. Delicious. They also have garlic rolls on the house. Yum. Next, HOMEMADE MEATBALLS! Two large homemade Italian meatballs, served with Russo's Chianti-braised meat sauce. Mouth watering. Moving on to my favorite salad combo, the CUCUMBER & FETA! Sliced cucumber with feta cheese, Roma tomatoes, onions, Kalamata olives, and fresh garlic, tossed with Sicilian extra-virgin olive oil. I've also had the Greek Salad and it's also so good. Soups. So many to pick from but my fave is the TORTELLINI BRODO. Pick a cup or bowl. It has Cheese tortellini, grilled chicken, Roma tomatoes, and fresh spinach stewed in a light chicken broth. Last but not least, PIZZA! I like the Greek but hubby loves meatballs, ricotta. Either way you can't go wrong. RUSSO'S HOMEMADE SIGNATURE PIZZA SAUCES make it so much better. I pick Sicilian Olive Oil Garlic Sauce. He picks Meat Sauce. Definitely go large here because you're going to want to take some home for leftovers. Wash it all down with a nice wine or beer of your choice. My pick, Peroni. Hubby's pick, La Rubia or La Tropical. Sorry we do skip out on dessert but I'm sure anything you pick will be great. Now stop reading this and go to Russo's. Enjoy!
