Didn't get service. The 2 daddy yankee looking guys didn't even ask to help me or even ask to wait and be there a minute. They just ignored my husband and I. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes. One guy was playing with a cup the other slicing a bagel. Not one said hold on I'll be with you. Horrible customer service. Racist!!!

There’s always something going wrong here. I don’t understand why you hire people who not only know what they’re doing but also that don’t speak English! They never have items when you order it & when you ask for something, they don’t know what it is. How do I ask for a parfait & you tell me you don’t know what that is!?? It’s YOUR menu item! Spelled our name right, quick service, great food and coffee, polite staff, chill break from the mall. Barista named Mario had great customer service. Went to the extent of checking if we enjoyed the food and drinks .
I can't imagine a Starbucks with no kind of cream for your coffee, it's a big fail, that's what they are suppose to be all about. The biggger fail is they wouldn't give us a scoop of whip cream, in case you don't know whip cream or heavy whipping cream is often used for coffee. Over 5 bucks and they won't add a bit of whip cream. I hope management reads this and if it there policy it's a bad one.

The worst cafe for $4.99. they changed a lady for fountain water. That supposed to be free. And charge 2.00.
This location is dirty with flies inside. I did leave a tip at the cashier before I sat down and the guy that was making the drinks gave me a bad look when I Ku fly asked for some water when he was not busy and even asked me “did you order something?”!!!

I placed my order and I realized that people that were just coming in were getting their stuff before me ...so I asked and the girl told me she was making the drinks in order .so I said I been paid for mine and you skipped me she was rude and got mad at me....for asking for my order .....I got my drink 30 minutes later...I definitely will not be going back there.

They are very annoying. I was at the mall today and the store is locked. I can see one employee stacking things. No sign on the door. I was here last week and saw something similar. When they are open, the line moves dreadfully slow. I do not drink coffee. Actually the only things I order are the coffee cake and lemon pound cake. The last time I ordered the coffee cake it was stale. Same thing for the lemon cake.I had actually heard this location was closing a few months ago. But then they were open. And then closed. Then open. Now closed. They are not worth the hassle!!
