I visited this Starbucks like i do on other days but today(2/21) of all days my car battery decided to die in the drive thru window. I let the Starbucks baristas know what had happened and they immediately jumped to action to help me. Two of the guys came out to help push my car into a parking space near the auto parts store and a one of the female baristas went over to the auto parts store to get a jumper box. She jumped my car as i know nothing about jumping a car and i was able to make it home. One of the guys even returned to bring me my breakfast sandwich that i had clearly forgotten about with all the excitement. Needless to say i am so happy that there are still good people in the world because without them it would have been a longer waiting game for progressive or my husband to come. Thank you Starbucks team for being my lifesaver that day!

over the last several months, this Starbucks location continues to disappoint. Besides the fact of sitting in line for over 20 minutes in the drive-through to get morning coffee when the line is not that long to receive a double dirty chai that taste like water and something else is very disappointing and this is not the first time. The last time I returned 3 cups of coffee and asked them to remake them the quality of serviceand the quality of taste really needs to be looked into. I have never been to a Starbucks that has been more disappointing. Come on Silver Lakes you can do better than this.

This Starbucks is usually my go to every single day. I always get the pink drink and don’t have an issue when it’s through the drive thru the people are also pleasant. But I’ve been extremely sick and to avoid contact I have been placing my order on door dash. Ordering on an app I cringe because it’s a hit or miss meaning the drink either comes perfectly done in the light pink color it’s suppose to come or it come RED. I have had to call because I waste 20 something dollars daily just for a drink and cookies again to avoid contact right now. I call and have to advise I placed an order if possible to see if it can come done correctly and state my experience. I had one girl answer and No problem it was sent perfect for two days. Today I call and David answered the phone I told him that I received my order and it came extremelyyyy red. I told him I would replace order again another 16 dollars just on that, delivery and driver tip. And he said he would have the drink done right. When I get it, I kid you not it’s the same thing. I call back and he gets the call again he seemed annoyed. He said he watched the drink be made and it was done correctly. That when it’s picked up it messes up. NO David this is what happens when you put too much strawberry base and a little coconut milk. Because I’ve gotten it correct and it comes here the same no issues! I kept telling him it’s not it’s literally the same and he kept going against it. My point is I don’t complain but if you’re buying something and it’s coming different from the picture showed on display knowing that other people have done it right I have the right to get the stuff I spend properly. Sometimes I have taken it and kept my mouth shut only to throw it out. It’s not ok. And David provided poor customer service. I made sure to take photos of it.

I went to this Starbucks with my son and they got one of the drinks wrong we ordered 2 pumpkin spices and we got someone else's order and we didn't get our 2nd pumpkin spice instead we got 1 and a blonde roast and everytime I've come here the drinks taste watery.

I went to buy the Pink drink for my little niece and a Puppucino for my dog. And I got such excellent customer service thru drive thru. The drive thru clerk was so friendly and attentive, he made my niece feel special and my dog was even lavished with attention. I wasn't expecting anything, and I certainly didn't expect this! ? The drinks were delicious. Definitely made our day a little more special ? ❤️Kid-friendliness: Special attention is given to kids and to pets!

Bold of them to raise prices when there’s a starbucks in target, a starbucks next to 75, a starbucks in barns and nobles, and basically 20 starbucks within a 10 mile radius. Not including a cali coffee and dunkin’ donuts right next door. I don’t see that price increase staying for long if you want to keep customers considering prices are determined BY the location.

Good workers, my mobile order is always ready and correct. Couple times people took my drink before I got there, they immediately remake me one and are great about it. They're always consistent here. Place gets lots of foot traffic with location.

Honestly, this is my home Starbucks and despite it being the newest, it is always the most consistent. Even on their busiest mornings, they get my order right. I usually mobile order, but they pretty much know me by now and are just so kind to customers even before I became a “usual” they were nothing but respectful every time. I do want to give a shout-out to one barista though, I believe her name tag says Cozy, she has been a staple here for as long as I’ve been going and to tell the truth, when I see it’s her making my coffee, I KNOW it’s going to be fantastic. My coffee is always good from this particular location, but she somehow goes above and beyond every time and somehow makes it even better. Anyway, 10/10 definitely recommend this Starbucks. They do get pretty busy in the mornings though, so I for sure would recommend mobile ordering when leaving the house if you’re in a rush.
