I got to the subway before closing time this particular location closed at 11pm I got there at 10:40 pm and all the doors were locked as the employee waved us off . I just wanted a sandwich and the food was still out . Don’t come here

On tuesday ,March 5 2024 at 9:52 pm I was refuse service the young lady there seem like didn't want to work...she was on her phone the whole time and ask her politely for 5 different items from the menu and the respond was we don't have with a nasty attitude....

I went in to get a sandwich, both employees ignored me on Sunday Match 3rd 2024, No one acknowledge me nor my two kids under the age of five. I waited 7mins .The young man working had a bad attitude for he seemed to be upset before I entered and was throwing the food prep bins around, I walked out with no one again acknowledging me. Worst customer service! I will not go there again and I will advise family and friends as well!

I’m giving this Subway 1 star across the board only because an hour or so after eating their food i fell asleep midday (which i never do), had a headache for the rest of the day, and currently at 3 am in the morning, i’m puking out whatever is left in my stomach from their food. I have a bad migraine and I don’t think anyone should be eating from there, it’s poison.

Waited almost a half an hour for a meatball sub, and it was absolutely disgusting! The meatballs were burnt and dried out and could be used as a weapon. Purchased extra cheese, and it didn't even taste like it had any cheese and bread was flaking off and hard. Those were the only ingredients to the sub. The sauce was almost nonexistent, and had no moisture to it. Will never go back again, and I would've left zero stars if I could have!! Stay away from this subway!!!
No joke. The woman took 40 minutes to make 3 sandwiches while the other employee just cleaned. The line was all the way to the door with other people waiting. They had zero interest in hurrying up. I spent my entire lunch break watching her make food for someone else. I ran out of time on my lunch break and went back to work empty handed and hungry. I hope someone from the store reads this and retrains them chick with the cuban-accent and short black hair in a ponytail.

Employees seem to have attitudes and not at all happy to be there. I am never greeted when I approach the counter, I dont even think they speak English. The one lady that does speak English is always posted up in front of the register typing in numbers and pulling out receipts. Theres only one person that seems to care about the way she makes the sandwiches and she is an older lady that works at night, the rest give the impression that they could care less.

This subway in Pines is our go to for the most part. Love the memories I had escaping there with my daughter after school pick ups. They are busy so the food is pretty fresh most of the time. The app saves you on times but nothing beats having the person making the sandwich just the way you love it in front of you so you can guide them along. I just wish this location was better staffed. Often there is just one person and that heavily impacts their ability to do their best. The chilled chicken sandwich is ny go to. Wish they would start using the heavy mayo Laspadas uses... just a thought! Hint hint... ?
