Had a patty and coco bread this morning. Their patties are on par with Juici Patties. Taste Rite patties are damn good. Well made, hot, spicy, fresh and a fave of mine. Plus, the sweet potato pudding is on point. Thanks for the good customer service, Latoya ?

"Visited Taste Rite Bakery and I must say, their Jamaican patties are like flavor explosions in my mouth! I tried the spicy beef, and it was spicier than my grandma's dance moves at a family party. The pastry was flakier than my friend Dave trying to avoid weekend plans. As for their other baked goods, they're so good they should come with a warning label: 'May cause uncontrollable happiness.' And don't get me started on the soup – it's so good I considered taking a bath in it. If you're not eating at Taste Rite, you're missing out on a taste bud party. Move over, fine dining, it's patty time!"

If you go there around lunch time expect a 30 to 45 minute wait. They only have 2 young ladies on the register. One of them takes care of online orders and the other one takes care of the line. Just went there today around 12:30 and had to leave because of the wait. So you have to wait "all that time", then you sometimes get to the register and they don't have what you came for. You sometimes have to wait for another 15 to 20 minutes on top of all the time you spent there. It's not the workers fault. They are actually very nice and polite to you. Its managers obligations to have enough people so that the line is moving fast. Some people are in a "time limit" and can't wait so long. Like me, I work around there and wish I can eat lunch there every now and then. The manager should either "hire extra people" to manage the line on there peak times or "help out" themselves on the line. Food is good can't complain there but what good is the food if you can't wait for it and you have to leave "AGAIN". HOPEFULLY the person in charge of this location does something about it and not just make an excuse. ??

Title: Disappointing ExperienceDate of Visit: 11/13/2023I've been a loyal customer of Taste Rite Bakery on Pines and Palm Ave for years, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. The employee who took my order displayed a dismissive attitude, making me feel like a bother.I ordered 3 patties—2 chicken and 1 Ackee. Upon reaching home, I discovered the Ackee patty was burnt, and the chicken patties seemed cold and stale. Hoping for a resolution, I returned to the shop to explain and requested an exchange for fresh ones.Unfortunately, the employee's response was shockingly rude and unprofessional. She refused to replace the patties, insisting on giving back my money. To make matters worse, she tossed the money back at me without offering an apology or showing any compassion. This experience was far from the exceptional customer service I've come to expect from Taste Rite Bakery. I hope the management takes note of this incident and addresses it promptly.---

Really good patties at a good price. The crust is flaky and the filling is seasoned well with a little kick of spice. I hated the coco bread, though. I got it close to closing time so maybe it was just a bad time but it was very stale. Love the patties.

Ordered 60 evenly flavored, chicken & beef Cocktail Patties for a Fall Festival event at my daughter’s school. The Pattie’s were an absolute hit with the students but even more so with the lucky few teachers and staff that were able to attend. I need a partnership and a personal discount code for the amount of times I shared the restaurant’s location.
