While sitting at the table, waiting to order food, a tremendous cockroach comes out to welcome us...!What a shame, what a shame that a restaurant like Chesscake Factory doesn't have control of them...!Call the manager, we showed them the photo, and they kindly asked us if we wanted to change tables?We simply did not accept and left the place...!My question is, are the cockroaches in the kitchen, how are they on the tables?

I had a great experience at this location! The food was amazing, and the service was pretty quick. We did wait up to 30 minutes to get in, but we visited during the busy hours. A great diner spot if you are around the area!

I went to Cheesecake on Saturday, April 20th for lunch and even though the food and service were good, the bathroom is absolutely disgusting. It was so filthy, that you have to wonder if the management doesn't care about the bathroom, what does the kitchen look like. Every cheesecake I have visited, Aventura, Boca, Sawgrass, the same thing, filthy bathroom.Listen for the prices you charge, why can't you get a bathroom attendant.Disgusting...........

I went to this restaurant with the mindset that the cheesecake factory is always great. Unfortunately, this time it wasn't.We ordered an apatizer that took longer than expected to come out,the ahi tuna was brown. (Not cooked brown, more like left out brown) very disappointing. My entrée was a salad, but it was soggy and didn't feel like their normal fresh crispy quality. The savings grace of the meal was the bread, and the rest of the family's food came out ok.

I’ve just left the place, very disappointed. After waiting for almost 40 minutes it turns out the hostess didn’t even put me in the waiting list. Which I should’ve realized as there were three hostess there and only one was paying attention to work, the other two were just flirting with a guy of the staff. Manager seems to just let pass that behavior… once again, very very disappointed with the service.
I’ve attempted to sit down for lunch here twice and every time I have an issue . The very first time I came here , I waited over an hour to sit- I finally let the host know I have type 1 diabetes and blood sugar was dropping . I continued to wait and wait until ultimately had to walk down the street and eat somewhere else . This afternoon I called ahead of time and asked if we could have lunch with our dog while sitting outside . I was placed on hold to speak to a host - 10 minutes . When Meghan finally got on the line , she advised that they can NOT take my name down over the phone, even though I was in the car on the way there . I said fine . When I arrived and walked inside I was immediately denied service because my dog is not a service dog . I asked them why they didn’t tell me when I called in HALF AN HOUR AGO? next time we will eat at Aventura cheesecake - where we have no issues with sitting outdoors with a well behaved dog . Needless to say I won’t ever attempt to sit here for lunch again . Lack of communication between their team .

My coach recommends them for my cheats. I'm in contest prep. 4 weeks in a row the food was cold!!! 1st week I picked up. I noticed it but said ok they were just busy. 3 weeks in a row I did delivery. Freezing cold. And it's not the distance or the dasher. If the restaurant is busy stop taking online orders!!!

My experience at Cheesecake Factory was decent overall. While the food was good, it didn't quite reach the level of greatness I was hoping for, I asked for well done and I got bloody meat... The service was okay, but nothing exceptional, the waiter offered sending it back but IDK about you but I don't ever send food back... - no other option was offered like a complementary "nothing"... I suppose it's not the waiter's fault so I understand... it got the job done, but didn't leave a positive or any lasting impression. Similarly, the atmosphere was typical and nothing particularly remarkable. The place is usually a reliable choice with a decent meal, but don't expect anything extraordinary in terms of food, service, or ambiance.
