This place needs a lot of help they can't even read tickets you asked for cheese on your burger which they charge extra they don't need to put it on there the burger patties are very dry, Shake sitting on the counter when I walk in the door so everything is melted even the whipped cream if they don't know how to make food just close the doors.

I love the grilled chicken sandwich and either the Santa Barbara Cobb or the BBQ Chicken Salads. I add portobello mushroom to them and the sandwich and it's the best. I hate the too salty skinny fries but everything else is so good I kept the 5 star rating. Did I mention their BBQ sauce is very good too.

First time trying the food and it was excellent. The lady taking our order was very nice, pleasant and serviceable. The crew very polite and greeted all customers promptly. Will drive the 30mins to eat there.
The burgers are a little pricey but we'll worth it. I could barely finish it. I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a good burger!!

I have been going to this store since they opened and the food was amazing. Since I have noticed the quality of the burger has really gone downhill. Buns are usually flat and burger put together poorly and condiments aren't as fresh as they used to be. I usually order to go so don't really stay but it is usually very clean. I think if they focus on the quality of the burger they would have a 5star from me

The burgers here are pretty amazing, their very juicy and meaty and the cheese tastes very freshThe milkshakes are very creamy and sweet just how I like it and the fries while they look average do have a nice flavor to themThe service was pretty good, they didn't even need to tell me or call me when my burger was ready since their alarm device they put on my table alerts me which is good cause sometimes I just wanna sit down and relax while listening to musicThe ambience is pretty cool, it's very modern and the condiments section is a nice touch too since I like to add a little more salt to my fries

After years of wanting to try this place, I finally came here with my wife and daughter, she ordered the Santa Fe salad I think that’s what it’s called and I tried the double char burger with fries.It was actually pretty good and the price wasn’t too bad. The burger was juicy, bread was nice and toasty, I forgot to say no pickles but whatever that was my fault.I definitely Recommend this place and will be back soon.Vegetarian options: They have a impossible burger which is veggie

Ambiance reminds me of FudRuckers, the menu is incredibly cheap for the quality of food you're getting, If you're looking for a cheap spot to eat with your friends or on your lunch break, I would definitely give them a recommendation. For a quick stop.Outside of that the burgers aren't out of this world, they can be a bit too saucy. But for $6-7 you can't be mad.
