I can't say nothing about service. Just drive thru orders. If you want to enjoy and relax lunch inside you can't. Itxs needed especially when you work on field. So, I don't buy anything.

I used to love going to this Wendy’s as a kid, but it’s really gone down hill over the past few years. I stopped coming for a while hoping it would improve, but it still hasn’t. The workers do not want to work and you’ll be waiting on your food for like 20 minutes with barely anyone in line. So many more issues, but the last straw came last night when I pulled up to the drive thru and they said the drive thru was closed and I would have to come inside. I’ve never heard of something like that! It’s usually the other way around. I am DONE with this Wendy’s.

There are good efforts to operate the restaurant like good speed of the orders, quality of the food was ok, however, there is always room to improve with the sanitation mainly the serving station.using the masks in a proper way...the Management need to work on motivating their team.

Your night crew is truly something special. I sat in the drive thru waiting for a hello hi be right with you, something. I got nothing. Said hello 2x before receiving a super sarcastic HIIIIII.. and then silence. Then the person running drive thru big tall lady no teeth long weave tried to lie to my face about the entire thing. If you don’t wanna work honey there’s always unemployment. No one needs your nasty attitude. On top of that, after driving up to the window because she simply is too dense to say hi I’ll be right with you, I sat there for another 10 mins while she took the order of the car BEHIND me.

Facing an hour-long wait at nearby Cracker Barrel, we opted for breakfast at this Wendy's. Got there five minutes too late. Opted for the oatmeal raisin bar and a cup of coffee. Coffee was lukewarm, returned it for a refill. Oatmeal bar was as I expected--a bit of sweetness and a brownie-like texture.

Needed food. They were in the right place at the right time. Got the $5.00 deal. The only negative the cashier Ibraheem put the receipt in the cup. Didn't seem bothered with it. Didn't offer a new cup.

Absolutely horrible! Taco salad=Lettuce & tomato in a bowl, then they give you a cup of chili to put on it with a little salsa in a cup & sour cream. French fries stone cold. Soda machine was broke mostly seltzer water. Another customer reported it & worker said yes, she knew it. Then she sat at table & put her head down to sleep. I know there is a shortage if workers...but really????And this was at noon!!!

This particular franchise always provide great service and is very fair and accommodating when they are lacking something from the menu. They turn a negative to a positive, and keep us coming back! We're lovin' it at Wendy's (pun intended).

Went to Wendy’s this afternoon and I got some fries and chicken nuggets. The taste was great and the food was fresh! There was a long line due to the time. The time was 1 PM, a busy time for fast food! The drink was root beer with no ice! There was no ice my drink, which it should be! The cooking speed was pretty good! It took about a few minutes to get the food after we got to the window. Now let’s talk about the COVID-19 precautions (PPE). There was no COVID-19 precautions in place, I had to knock a star off, which brings down the rating to a 4. The employees did not wear masks and gloves. If you are vaccinated for COVID-19, you should be fine getting your food, however, for some people who are not vaccinated and you are concerned about getting COVID-19 in this place, proceed with caution. While you are proceeding with caution, you should wear a mask, gloves, and a sanitizer just to be safe. The employees should be wearing masks and gloves because it can be more safer for customers who are not vaccinated for COVID-19. For the line length for the other customers to get Wendy’s, some people could be at risk of getting COVID because their employees aren’t wearing masks and gloves. To be safer, don’t forget to wear a mask and gloves! For the lack of COVID-19 precautions, I’ll give Wendy’s a 4 star rating and I’ll give Wendy’s an B+ due to the lack of precautions. 8/10 would recommend to this place! I’ll might update my review to 5 stars if they wear a mask and gloves on my next visit! I’ll still come back to Wendy’s to try out their food because their food is really good quality!

Train your employees proper customer service. They don’t know how to properly address customers and don’t know how to properly take an order without letting the customer finish ordering, making the person feel rushed.
