This Arby's seems to have gone downhill. Our sandwiches were just thrown together, very sloppily, and did not taste good. Ordered a Mint Chocolate shake, and was told they were out of whipped cream for the top. The lobby was not being taken care of. No napkins, ketchup dispenser was either almost empty, or broken. Went to get a refill of sweet tea, and there was none. Probably won't go back to this location.

This is what I received from Arby's as a beefsteak.I called to complain and was told by the manager that they go by measurements from corporate.I said I can't eat this and she informed me it's only her and another person there.No let me make it again or refund you or anything.It looks like slop.Who can eat this?

Lizzy was running the whole store , the whole time she kept a great smile and friendly disposition. She maintained a warm greeting,smile and always courteous to whoever she talked with. We will be back to this location. Food was good .
