Arlene is amazing . She gives to people that have found themselves in a tuff situation that isn't ideal and has resulted in not knowing when the next good meal will come from or where it could come from. That's why Arlenes creates the opportunity and gives to her community who has found themselves struggling through hard times. People who have never struggled a day in their life or people that have struggled all their life, Whatever situation homeless on a fixed income Exedra, people that normally wouldn't be able to have the option to eat out I bet are very grateful to have the opportunity to be loved enough by Arlene and her hard working staff. Very authentic in their giving, how sweet it is to be loved by you, giving the option that normally wouldn't be an option for many people. To know that there is someone that makes me proud to be a part of Pensacola. I feel happy to know that on Sunday (I'm not sure if it's one sunday every month or every sunday, you'd have to take her.) She chooses out of the kindness of her heart to give her time cooking her amazing BBQ and sides for her community and on a day that would most likely be very easy to bring in sales, being Sunday, instead she creates an opportunity to be an option available. The ribs were fantastic. Just a hint of smokiness and tang make these delicious. The collard greens and cornbread are also delicious. Highly recommend for some great BBQ.

I flew in from out of town and needed to feed a group of about 10 adults with two-hours' notice and Arlene's came through. The service was more than welcoming; I felt like family. Everything was ready on time and they went above and beyond, helping me load the food into the car, and throwing in some extras. My family raved about the food, asked where I'd gotten it from, and said they'd order from here in the future. The ribs, brisket, and lemonade were amazing!

drove from gulf shore just to get bbq. well worth the drive .was so good smoked just right. The owner and staff were so friendly and let my boys watch them put the meat on the smoker.

I ate at their food truck last weekend for the kick off at Blues by the Bay at Maritime Park. The folks were all very friendly and you can tell they enjoy making good food. I had the had the brisket sandwich, potato salad, and baked beans. The sides were fresh and very tasty but I was disappointed in the brisket. It was chewy and lacked a bit in seasoning. To be fair, this is the food truck version and I know things tend to be done better when you are putting it together on the go. Their Pensacola restaurant has solid reviews with a much bigger menu and I plan to visit there in the future because I'm always on the lookout for some good barbecue. They do catering and have a lot of delivery options by partnering with Doordash, GrubHub, Waitr, Post Mates and Uber Eats. Bottom line: It's good homestyle cooking with good seasoning and good people.

I’ve enjoyed eating Arlene Williams BBQ for years. The ribs are absolutely delicious and just fall off the bone. Collard greens are excellent. The barbecue sauce is homemade by Mr. Williams it is delicious.

You get what you pay for and your pay for quality here. The staff clearly cares about their work. Even with their COVID set up, I had a pleasant experience picking up my food. The food was still hot and fresh when I got home. I only wish I had ordered more.
