WOW!! These bagels/sandwiches were absolutely amazing!! Not to mention the pastry and coffee options! They've also got some sweet merch and a very inviting atmosphere. The place is so clean with fast service. If you're in the Pensacola area it's a must visit!!

i waited over 30 minutes for a single bagel. the store wasn’t busy at the time i ordered. ever since they renovated and got an entire new staff the quality of this place has decreased. there is no reason to wait this long.

The atmosphere was packed like crazy, but the ladies that ran it were amazing. Great first impression for my first time. I see why there was such a great amount of people there.

Absolutely ruined my bagel by putting an insane amount of cream cheese on it, which was supposed to be strawberry, not very strawberry-ie. By the time the bagel got to me it was soggy and mushy. Hard pass next time I’m in town.

Bagelheads was quite the experience!.. in a great way!We are currently on a trip in the Pensacola area, and got recommended by some local friends to try out Bagelheads, and we were not dissapointed! The atmosphere, food, and everything was spot-on. The bagels and sandwiches were all absolutely delicious, and the restaurant itself looks stunning! It's a very great place for a brunch. Unfortunately we did have a wait of around 30 minutes before everyone in our party had gotten their food, though I do believe the wait was worth it! I would recommend anticipating spending around more than an hour per visit here!It is a great location for Breakfast, or Brunch however! Absolutely delicious!

Where to begin... First off the attitude of the employee of the drive through was not pleasant at all. Was advised it would be 20-30 minute wait time, and I said okay. After waiting 30 minutes I got my food and decided to check it because I noticed some one star reviews about food being wrong or missing entirely from this location. My bagel was burnt and not cut into half, one side was significantly bigger than the other. Plus lets be honest a wait time of 30 minutes for a simple bacon egg and cheese sandwich and a muffin is just ridiculous. $20 wasted.

Came in Friday, they were busy but everyone was still friendly and my breakfast sandwich was perfect. Had a craving for it again so decided to come back. Pulled up to the drive thru window and was greeted. Placed my order and waited 30 mins for a single sandwich. I was fine waiting but when the sandwich is burned almost completely black, that's where I draw the line.

Got our entire order wrong and would not accommodate a change. The bagelzone was served cold. Not the same as it used to be.

Bagelheads was a go-to spot for me in college, and I was thrilled to be able to come back on a visit for vacation! The negative reviews had me worried that this would not be the spot I remembered, however I am so pleased that it held up to my memories. The renovation has the place looking beautiful, but didn't take away the charm and vibes that I remember. My bagel was exactly as I remember, and my order hasn't changed since college, Blueberry Cobbler with strawberry cream cheese. The staff I interacted with and observed were perfectly lovely and welcoming. As I remember, this is a beautiful spot to get some sun, work on projects, and enjoy!

I'm uncertain if they're understaffed, but the tables and floor weren't clean. I visited after 1pm on a Sunday. Additionally, there was an excessive amount of salt on the eggs.

You can no longer call in an order, and the last time I did it was wrong and had to wait for about 40 min or maybe longer. So this time I ordered online and it didn’t complete the order and when I got there, of course, it didn’t show up. I was told at the window to reorder online, and when I pulled up the menu, the type of bagel I ordered had disappeared, and they checked and weren’t out of them. I showed the person at the window that it didn’t even show up, so we had to park and I had to go in and get in a long line to order a bagel. I had already purchased a drink before driving from Pace, because my drinks haven’t been good from Bagelheads anymore. So, after the drive and then the wait, I finally got the bagel with twice as much cream cheese as needed and not cut in half, as I had specified and got to enjoy it with my coffee drink that I had in the car from another establishment, that had since gotten cold. I started ordering from Bagelheads over 20 years ago when there was also one on 9 mile road. I’ve always had good food. I patronized often during COVID, and since the changes, too much hasn’t been good. There were too many changes. It would be nice to have another bagel store alternative. We’ve tried, but it hasn’t improved.
