I give them a two because I did get some ice cream. I bought two prepackaged quarts and two scoops in a cup. After I left I saw that I had the equivalent of one scoop. I take it back and these girls have no concept of customer service. I’m very disappointed in this experience. And I wish I had looked into the bag before paying and leaving a tip.

I mean it’s Baskin Robbins it’s just fantastic. One of my favorite places to get a good ole ice cream cone. This location was no different then any other (nothing wrong with that at all!) Sadly they didn’t have my favorite flavor Gold Medal Ribbon but what can you do. I know Baskin Robbins is not known for their bathrooms but they were a little dirty. Other then that this is the ice cream place I know and love.

We stopped in 12/15. We were so very impressed by the customer service we received from Kalen. I can’t compliment her enough. Around the holidays customer service takes a nosedive (rightly so) so it was refreshing to have someone with a smile on their face & professional attitude.

One of the young ladies was disturbed because we came in and ordered 15 minutes prior to closing. Her demeanor and attitude gave off annoyed and bothered about a job she CHOSE to do. It was as if there was a rush to try and close/leave at the closing time which is 9pm. There were two other young ladies working along side her with an empty store (just us 3 customers who came together). Now if your concern was to get everything cleaned and prepped prior to closing (which we could see that some of the work had been done), then why not have one of the other two workers clean/close while you assist your last 3 customers of the night? Or vice versa. At checkout, she did not ask if we were paying separate and just combined the order and provided the total. When one of the people from my party stated, “oh it’s, separate” she seemed bothered to correct the cash out totals and briefly looked to another associate for help before my mother said, “I’ll just pay.” Ice was great as usual but there was definitely an unsettling vibe about the visit.

Decided to give Baskin Robbins a second try. Again, I was highly disappointed. My order was not correct (the male staff member forgot my toppings) when I brought this to the female staff members attention who rang us up. She said sorry and went to the next customer. Needless to say my toppings which I was charged for were not added or offered to me.
